They NEVER fill my cup when I get cold foam at this location…. I come to this location weekly, I go to other locations as well pretty often this is the only store I have this issue with and it’s been for as long as I can remember i really love this location it’s very convenient for me but I feel like I’m getting jipped on my $7 drink

I came in the morning when it was busy and the staff was super fast with my order! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! I love that this Starbucks is right off of I-35 and you can easily get off the highway and get back on with no problem! I highly recommend stopping here! Super clean as well when I went!

I ordered a tall caramel ribbon crunch and it tasted like. NOTHING I am very VERY upset they charged me 7 dollars and don’t for this to taste like WATER AND SADNESS I do NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE the service was good tho just everything else HORRIBLE

I usually stop by this Starbucks for my morning drink before heading to work, but today’s experience was pretty disappointing. One of my drinks came out empty, and when I went back, one of the older baristas said they were out of decaf Americano and offered to replace it, which was fine — but the overall vibe from the staff was just off.
No one seemed friendly or welcoming, and when I asked for a cup holder before leaving, I got looks that made me feel like I was bothering them. I work with all kinds of people every day, and even on rough days, I know not to take it out on anyone. Hopefully management can work on improving the customer service here — it felt like the team this morning really didn’t want to be there.

We came from 3 hours out of town and stopped in for a coffee for my wife. She used the app and forgot to change the store so it came up in our hometown and Garrett helped quickly fix our mistake and filled the order anyway. What a rock star! Definitely need to stop by if you’re in the area!

Don’t come here unless you want them poking holes in your cup. Kindly asked if they could remake my drink because it tasted like nothing. Barista said ok for me to wait in the front and he’d bring it out. Once he did he didn’t look too happy. Handed me my drink and noticed it was the same cup from before which is fine but this time it was over spilling and had two slits on the top part of the cup and when I went to stir my coffee it got all over me. Was gonna go back in but decided to just leave. Def need to work on their customer service.

Very expensive if you want something fancy or something that is seasonal. But if you want a regular coffee with a shot of expresso it will only be $2. The gentleman that was there was awesome he fixed my coffee perfect that’s why I give it a 3 the other staff needs to be more friendly..greet you when you come in.. The place was dirty they could keep someone cleaning the tables or wipe coffee off the floor/tables. Other than that good place to get coffee.

MIKAYLA was so sweet and made our visit really awesome! We don’t do Starbucks often and when ordering asked for something really sweet. When we took a sip of our order it was not sweet at all and she happily helped us fix our drinks and we really enjoyed them! She didn’t have to do that and was just so sweet and kind!
