We were quite impressed with this place. We ordered nachos for an appetizer and those rarely are done well and we thought there were delicious. An appropriate amount of cover and the chips did not get soggy. We had four of us with four different meals and everybody enjoyed their meal. The place has an outdoor patio and the inside is a little cavernous and can get loud. Lots of people are there on the weekend after their kid’s games

We come here every now and then with friends. We always sit at the bar area and the service is always so-so, long wait, not really super friendly. I kinda feel like if you aren’t a regular, they really don’t pay attention to you. We have never sat anywhere other than the bar area (high top tables), so I can’t speak for the service on the other side.
We have had a few items from the menu off and on throughout our visits and most is OK, as it’s typical fried bar food. Nothing to wow about. However, this time we had tried the fried mushrooms, burger, fish, and prime rib Dipper. All four were out of this world! Just for that alone, it will be back to try those myself.

Owner and manager were so amazing! Theyre put faces to names pay attention to reviews and quality control in their restaurant. I had to make sure I updated my review to 5 stars! They still have the best wings ever and the owner Andy was awesome had a long conversation hopefully it comes with maybe even some work for me I love this place! Not to be forgotten Kara V. Is a staple maybe even ask for her as she’s the best 🙂

Been here a few times and the food is always delicious and service is great. I recently went for brunch and shared the breakfast bowl and chicken and waffles from the specials. My first time trying chicken and waffles and they were amazing! Plus bottomless mimosas. You can’t go wrong!

We went for Karaoke on Saturday night. It looks like this was a new KJ( Brandon from Output Karaoke).
Well first and foremost the KJ( Brandon) was top notch. He had an excellent sound system,and even a good light show. Any KJ who adds lights to their show gets an A+, as this adds to the ambient atmosphere of the stage.
Being that it was a soft opening for him,the crowd was extra large, because he obviously brought his loyal crowd with him. Which is exactly what any business would want from a KJ.
That being said, because there were so many people singing,our wait to sing was a little over 2 hours. This would be intolerable at any other time, but because this was his first night,it is to be expected.
We would not be able to handle that long of a wait under any normal circumstances.
He did bring a good group of Singers with him, so hats off to his supporters.
Now as far as Rookies the restaurant goes, it was just ok at best. As others have mentioned,the food was only so-so. Not even good to be honest. The prices were reasonable though.
The mixed drinks were priced decently,and were fairly strong. No complaints on the drinks.
There was a very nice lady who worked there named Stephanie whom we talked to, that we liked. And our waitress was pretty good.
I liked how they let the waitresses sing some karaoke. That was really cool!
Would I recommend this place? Yes! Give it a try. Maybe our next meal will be better. We always give restaurants more than one try.
Also, if you like karaoke, this place has a nice outdoor area for you to sing your heart out on

Honestly we’ve not been here in forever. Our loss, great food and service. They have a great inexpensive menu before 6 p.m. and that’s something we are going to take advantage of. If it’s my night to cook, we’re going to Rookies.

Great place to come and watch sports. I did a quick search on sports bars near me to come watch the Eagles play. I’m not from Springhill. I live in Sarasota. From the moment the host answered the phone to all the serving staff. Everybody did an excellent job. My server Kirstin is Awesome!!!! Great family environment. Highly recommend recommended.

This place has it all, great food, several tvs for entertainment, and friendly staff. The wings are delicious with many flavors to pick from. The brunch burger was cooked to perfection and the side of tator tots were delicious. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back! The new owners are doing an amazing job.
