Super unhappy!!
I ordered a PRICY Big Arch meal, no substitutions and drove all the way home to find that the arch sandwich mistakenly put into my bag was a special order…NO sauce or Onions! That was the point in paying for this sandwich!!! Employee was yelling out the window for me to pull up so close to the car in front of me as to touch his bumper(unsafe) that my food was the least of her concerns. No one answers the phone, sandwich is ruined, and I’m out money as I live way too far away to go back and have them fix their screw up! You suck!!!!!

Also, two large fries but all wilted….not a firm fry out of two large fries. This meal couldn’t have been worse!

I just got off at 17 hour shift and stopped here on my way home, I start eating my sandwich and a hair MELTED IN THE CHEESE OF THE BURGER. THEN I CALL YALL ANS YOU DONT ANSWER YOUR PHONE. IM CALLING & filing a complaint with the HEALTH DEPARTMENT. TEACH YOUR STAFF TO WEAR HAIRNETS!!!!

This is my main mcdonald’s that I go to. They always get my order correct, are masterfully creating my mcchicken sub mac sauce for mayo with cheese, and are always so polite and silly and nice. I’ve gotten free food from here a few times at the window, and have had nothing but the best experiences here. 12/10 recommend this mcdonald’s. Breakfast lunch and dinner are always great from here. Consistant perfection every order. Their ice cream machine is rarely down and they’re also never out of anything.

Had a drive-thru visit today, and I was really impressed. The food—iced coffee, burger, fries, and chicken nuggets—was all on point. The guy at the window had such a positive attitude, and when he asked for help, his manager stepped in perfectly. It’s awesome to see a team that’s friendly, professional, and clearly enjoys working together. Definitely made my day!

I just have to say after waiting in a half hour loop around the building to get two double cheeseburgers, just to get them handed to me cold and the whip cream in my drink was melted like it had really been spitting there a full half hour, it’s pretty disappointing. If you want reasonable times and warm food.. go somewhere else.

I bought my kids here to sit down for a meal. The food was fresh and the service was stellar! The young man who helped us (Jordan) did a fantastic job, and was thoughtful of our kids situation – he deserves a promotion if he’s not already the manager! The store was very well kept. Everything is up-to-date and clean. I highly recommend dining in. A+++

Stopped here to take my nephews for a lunch. tried to use the kiosk but it kept freezing so it was kind of pointless. So we had to go to the lady at the desk to order our food. The location was clean modern looking. The staff was nice. They were helpful when I gave up on the kiosk

So upset with our local McDonald’s. We are here all the time and come here not knowing of the time they switch over from their regular menu to breakfast and so when we get there we are surprised that we are able to order breakfast. So we do, my fiancé and I order 3 sausage mcmuffin with an extra sausage on ALL 3. Not one of the sandwiches had an extra sausage and I paid for it! I’m upset bc it’s an extra 2.50 per sausage and we got scammed basically.

Pulled up- all dark, no lights on! I honestly thought they lost power or were closed- nope! He acted surprised about being all dark- but we both know he knew- lights got turned on while I was waiting for my food-
We wanted to try the NEW arch burger- let me just say it wasn’t very good! No sauce hardly and was dry and lacked everything it says is on the burger! Terrible!

Amazing just amazing. The fries were perfectly salted, my nuggets were delicious, and my Coke was so crispy. Everything about my meal was unbelievable!! By far the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. ✨✨
