We get Chic Fil’a take out nearly every week at this location and we love the food but nearly every week there is something missing from our order! Last week we were missing nuggets and I found out for the first time that you can have these replaced through the app. Today I ordered these replacement nuggets and when we got home they were missing again!!! We can not replace these through the app again so the only option we have now is drive back 15 minutes to the restaurant which we do not want to do because we are hungry and tired! We are seriously considering just never getting Chic Fil’a again!

Updated: After my first review (below), the hospitality manager called me the following day after a request from their store manager. He was sweet, cordial, responsive, and ensured I had dinner taken care of the next day. He ensured me hospitality is a priority and was highly responsive. I updated from 1 star to 3 stars because of his follow through. I’ve still got a bitter impression of this location from the one manager, but it’s impressive that the higher ups were responsive and quick in their action to fix the issue.

The manager Baklava is the absolute worst. Ordered our food at 4:20pm with an eta of 15 to 20 minutes. Perfect because I had to pick my son up from daycare after work. We get home and the food still isnt here (it’s now 5pm). I called the restaurant after seeing my eta is now for almost 6pm. Manager Brocovich said he can’t do anything about it because apparently a que dictates how fast someone gets there foood… this is TWO HOURS later. He didn’t care. Told me after two hours the food would still be fresh. I told him I’m concerned about food sitting for several hours because I am pregnant and this was supposed to feed my three year old and myself. He then said “well do you want a refund” and gave me corporates number. When I called corporate they said he never issued the refund anyway. Thanks so much Manager Brocollini

They don’t make your pick up orders. Not only that, but they refuse to make them. We submitted an order online 10 min before breakfast closed. We received confirmation that they were making it. Turns out they CANCELLED the order despite it being placed with time to spare and refused to honor it when we showed up. The person who refused to honor it was the MANGER of all people. The quality of food had been going down at this location for the past year or so. I’d spend the extra 5 or so minutes going to the next closest restaurant than here.

I work at a nearby building and come here for breakfast/lunch many times a week (not the healthiest I know I’m working on meal prepping okay lol) and they’re always kind and courteous and I never really have issues. Today I placed a pick up order for my breakfast and someone apparently just took it before I got in. Even though I came after breakfast had ended they did their very best to make sure I got the meal I ordered anyway and took the time to mend the situation even in a clearly very busy time. Decided they earned this review for that haha

MICHAEL WAS AMAZING!!! HE TOOK THE EXTRA MILE TO DELIVER MY FOOD EVEN THOUGH, I SUBMITTED ACCIDENTALLY IN THE WRONG ADDRESS!! He called to verify the address and managed to deliver my food hot!! My first visit to Chick-fil-A and the manager greeted us very friendly and also bought lunch for us since it was our first time ever. The food was awesome. The staff was friendly and they even stopped by our table to see if we needed anything twice. I definately will be visiting this Chick-fil-A again. Great job and Thank you again!

Hands down the best fast food restaurant at anytime but especially lunchtime!! The drive thru & the Drive thru lines were packed, very high paced & the staff worked together & they was still very friendly, and had those lines down & orders completed within a few mins! (EVEN IN THIS HEAT ALREADY!! ) My order was correct & DELICIOUS! THANK YOU ALL FOR WORKING TOGETHER & working so hard for us customers! I do appreciate all of you!! (Can’t wait until Chick-fil-A offers, honey roasted bbq sauce in a bottle!! It’s the best sauce lol)
