I pulled into that drivethru around 11:40pm, my expectations were not high. I got the nicest guy, so polite asked Questions regarding my meal told me to pull up at this point I was like oh well if the food sucks and it’s cold at least this dude was nice to me. Received my food. It was hot. It was fresh. The right sauce was in the bag. she told me to have a good night. I couldn’t have had a better experience at a place that I thought I’d have a terrible experience at and that made my night shout out to that dude that was working tonight.

I honestly can’t believe how bad my order turned out. Ordered a bacon double stack biggie bag and a spicy chicken sandwich meal. Firstly I don’t know how fries can be that cold. They must have been sitting for a looooong time. The chicken in my sandwich was overcooked, dry and shockingly hard. It also tasted like it was quite old. The sandwich in the biggie bag could best be described as mush. The nuggets were cold and rock hard. Lastly the chicken sandwich was ordered without tomato but the slice of tomato was the thickest juiciest thing on the sandwich. I had to throw everything out because it wasn’t even fit to give to my dog

This Wendy’s is terrible. The past two times I’ve gone I’ve had to walk out before ordering. Once I had to leave because I saw the person who was preparing the orders sneeze all over their hands then keep bagging good. That was over a year ago. Then I stopped in today to get a drink and was barely acknowledged as I stood at the ordering counter for over 10mins. They were really busy and understaffed. There was one guy at the window, one girl cooking and one person taking orders. I’m not mad at her, she was doing her best… But I didn’t have all day so I had to go. As I was walking out I heard her go “Next” as if to say she was finally ready to take my order but I was already halfway out the door and not turning back. I don’t think I’ll try this Wendy’s again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We ordered a biggie bag with a double stack with only cheese and ketchup. Instead we got 2 completely different sandwiches – 1 is chicken sandwich and 1 was a bacon cheeseburger. Is it really that hard to least give us the right order? Also, the fries and nuggets are mostly cold, barely warm. This Wendy’s is awful and not worth coming to. What’s worse is that it took 15 mins for my order, and to see it was completely wrong and not even hot is a disgrace. Coming to this Wendy’s is a complete waste of time, money, and energy.

I went here to get my usual. This place is one of the busier locations I’ve been to.
The staff was friendly. It took a while to get my food after I ordered, but the woman working the counter said she swapped out my French fries with hot ones since it took so long.
It’s too bad she didn’t do the same with my burger because it was what I would call hot. So much for the hot in Hot & Juicy…
My food was ok, but should have been a little better.
At least they were friendly and didn’t drown my burger in condiments.

This Wendy’s is absolutely terrible. I put in a mobile order to be picked up at the drive-thru. When I arrived at the intercom, I waited for minutes and didn’t hear from nobody, so I pulled around to park, so I can get my order inside, but both entrances were locked despite the store saying it opens at 6:30 am. The lights were on and there was somebody clearly behind the counter. I ended up canceling my order, and heading to Dunkin’ Donuts instead. I will never go to this Wendy’s location again. Horrible service.

It was so repulsive that I had to discard it after a single bite. While the fries managed to retain some warmth, they lacked the expected crispiness.
The service was abysmal. Employees seemed more interested in idle chatter than attending to customers with any semblance of urgency. The ketchup station was particularly appalling, with flies buzzing around, presenting a clear hygiene concern. Even if one dared to use the ketchup, the impractical setup forced patrons to unwrap their food first.
This dismal experience was not an isolated incident. Just two weeks prior, my daughter’s lunch at the same Wendy’s ended in disappointment. Half of her order was missing, and her burger was raw to the point of being practically frozen in the middle. Upon seeking a refund, she was met with hostility from management, who cited her use of Apple Pay through the app as grounds for refusal.
Regrettably, this Wendy’s location has tarnished the legacy of its founder, Dave Thomas. I vow never to return, and I caution others against risking a foodborne illness or enduring such appalling service. It’s disheartening to witness a once-reputable chain descend into such disarray. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this particular Wendy’s establishment.

No bacon on my BACON burger, I ordered off of Uber eats, they never made my chili so I never got it, my drink wasn’t secured closed at all so when I got it there was something brown in the bottom of the cup, and when I called Wendy’s and asked the young man that answered the phone if this is how they send out their food, he hung up in my face, and honestly it was very hard not to laugh, this behavior was disgusting and the carelessness with the food is also disgusting

Even though there was no one at the time of visit early 1:13 am I was still greeted and patiently called upon and at the window to pay, the gentleman was the nicest ever to pass my order with no wait at all. I would recommend this location. . Thank you members!!
