Was very pleased with everything. Super nice staff and incredible portions. They do their rolls differently so they have a lot more filling. They even accommodated our special request roll. We only do vegetarian rolls and everything was fresh and beautiful. We were at the new University restaurant.

Amazing food and outstanding service, we order the takoyaki, shrimp and steak habatchi , and egg rolls, the takoyaki was delicious , the shrimp and steak habatchi was the best we have ever had ! And the egg rolls were so yummy , hot , and fresh . We also got the Mochi Sundae for desert and it was the perfect amount of sweet ! The owner was also present and was so respectful and humble as well as kind. He was also very attentive to our needs . If we could give 10 stars we would this restaurant is perfect for date night or birthday dinners as well a casual lunch date and has a very laidback atmosphere. The best tomago and spider roll we’ve ever had hands down. We walked in, ordered, and sat down. Within a few minutes we started getting our food. Things came out as they were prepared ensuring freshness. The sweet heart was a surprise! The flavors were spot on. Well, everything but the spring roll. It was mushy inside- I prefer a drier spring roll.

One spicy roll had a clear line of siracha that was not listed in the description. We ordered two of the three roll lunch specials, total of six different rolls. Went to Nori Sushi on University for their grand opening. Staff were very kind, welcoming, and friendly. The restaurant was clean and had a nice atmosphere, and the location is great.
We ordered the takoyaki, rangoons, Old Wisconsin roll, Spicy Salmon roll, and the Rainbow roll. Everything was very fresh and tasted fantastic, and the presentation was great. We did their lunch special, and the price was very good!
Already looking forward to going back, and I’d highly recommend anyone in the area craving sushi check them out!

Relaxed atmosphere, counter service but they bring the food to you. Quick, but nice interior! But wow, this snow crab roll was only ~$6, it was really good! Quite big! Super impressed. The hibachi and teriyaki were also very generous portions.

Fresh sushi with pleasing flavors and quality ingredients! I enjoyed 3 sushi rolls from the Lunch Special: Mini Volcano Roll, Old Wisconsin Roll, and Snow Crab Roll (pictured top to bottom ). The staff were very friendly when I picked up my order. Each roll was accompanied by packets of soy sauce, ginger, wasabi, and a hard candy. I’d eat here again.
