Terrible! Just left drive through for mobile order. Woman didn’t even make eye contact or ask if I needed any condiments when she handed me my order. Bread was hard and stale. No syrup with my French toast sticks.no ketchup packets. No cream in my coffee when I added on the app. Will not visit again

I work up the road so its close. With that said, the worse BK I’ve ever been in. They move at a snails pace. There is 1 person up front. One person cooking and one at the drive thru. During LUNCH. The 1st few times I assumed it was people calling off. No, this is normal. At least this time I didn’t have to deal with the lead person using profanity at the counter. Not a good way to talk to employees. Several people have walked out.

I’ve decided that I will no longer visit this Burger King. It’s disappointing to see how much the locations in this area (Parma, OH) have declined in service and food quality. The customer service at this particular restaurant reflects the same low standard as the food quality. The female employee who assisted me today (11/13/25) at the drive-thru barely made eye contact, offered no greeting or smile, and appeared visibly unhappy to be there.
Those who work in customer service should recognize that the way they treat people is often a reflection of their own character and professionalism. It also influences how far they can advance in their career, let alone their life. When an employee shows no interest, courtesy, or even basic warmth, it not only diminishes the customer’s experience but also speaks volumes about their attitude—and perhaps the limitations they place on themselves.
Unfortunately, that was the impression left during this visit.

If they were any slower at taking your order I’d think the place was ran by folks with special needs. Pull up, one moment, 5 minutes later they take your order. Literally one person at a time, they give the food out then take the next order. I’m assuming they do it to appease some sort of automated system that times them. Just be prepared to sit in line for 10-20 minutes. The king should take a few notes from Mcdonalds. Probably why they all go out of business.

Went in to order. One customer eating inside and only 2 cars in the drive thru. 2 other people waiting for their food. It took nearly 10 min to get my order and I only got a Whooper and large drink. And my Whooper was cold. Worse service ever!!!! I came in at 12:25 pm.

All our food was cold. The burger meat on the whopper was dried out like a hockey puck. The fries were cold and taste like they were sitting out all day. The chicken sandwich was inedible. The chicken was all grizzle and very cold and super dry. The people work there were rude and disrespectful. I will never go back to this place ever again in my life. Hopefully I don’t get sick from just a few bites of this food. Burger King should be ashamed of themselves.

As someone who’s worked fast food I completely understand that not every order is going to come out right but when I visit this location and every single time 2 items are made incorrectly with out fail that’s ridiculous. Today I just went through and ordered French toast sticks and they came out undercooked after being asked to pull forward!!! This is unbelievable.

Waited in line. Manager was treating the employees like they were idiots. Berating them in front of everyone. When I finally got to the front of the line the manager told the cashier “Don’t ring him out, we have too many customers” customers are the only reason you have a job to begin with. I left and went to McDonald’s instead.

I came in and got my whopper it was rock hard so I went up the the counter and asked for a refund bc I didn’t have time to wait. The manager who said her name was Cheryl told me they “don’t offer refunds” and was extremely rude rolling her eyes at me. She said she would remake it so I did end up waiting….it took her 23 min to remake one whopper.. and when she handed it to me it wasn’t in a bag. She threw it down on the table at me rolling her eyes ones again didn’t tell me to have a good day or anything. i got in the car….. and my whopper was still made wrong. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. THIS MANAGER CHERYL DOES NOT NEED HER JOB.
