Ordered a chicken sandwich, got a tiny, overcooked leftover piece. I usally love this place but letting this go out the door is embarrassing. This location went down hill in the last few months. Doesn’tseem like it has goid management, the employees don’t . Do better.

I ordered two waffle fry orders, and both came with mostly broken, leftover pieces, not a single full waffle fry in either order.
We waited about 15 minutes in line but the quality really didn’t match the wait or the standard I expect. The fries were cold, overcooked, and clearly not fresh.
Posting this because attention to quality matters, even for simple items. If you want fresh delicious waffle fries, drive to a different location

Chuck-fik-a has solved the fast food equation. Super service and great food. This location has gone above and beyond with extra outdoor people taking orders and handing out orders. No More waiting in kine behind that one car the had 12 special items. Now they hand your bag to you and you zip around.

Ordered three separate items on my chick fil a app as my free rewards, was scanned by the girl taking the order. No biggie, right? No. Because when we get the food it was missing the large tea that was ordered and scanned. When brought to the attention of the nice girl that brought it to us, she said please head up to the window and they will get that right for. Easy lease, you think? Nope, the young male overweight manager proceeded to argue with us that we owed money for the item, or it needed to be rescinded, or so many excuses it east even funny. This from “management”, really unprofessional. The sweet boy standing there just said ” I gotcha” went and got the large sweet tea and apologized. I expect more from the restaurant and from management. Won’t be stopping here ever again

I love this particular location. Very efficient. Lovely staff. Unfortunately, I witnessed a very rude person treating staff very badly at my last visit, but the staff handled it kindly and professionally. No one has the right to treat young fast food workers the way this woman did under any circumstances, and she should be ashamed of herself! Keep up the good work, friends! I support you!

We stopped on our way here, and ordered both original and the spicy deluxe combos. Chicken taste delicious and they came in very good serving sizes. Their special house sauce is a must and goes well with the waffle fries. There was a mistake in our order and we got the wry sandwich. The ladies at the cash and service were super kind and promptly gave us the correct sandwich. Overall very polite staff and a pleasant place to dine in. Will return for sure.

Honestly, the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. They somehow always manage to give me soggy chicken nuggets. The fries are good sometimes if you get lucky enough for them not to over salt them. Really lost the chick fil a motive.
