Wow, went to post a review and see nothing but negative reviews from the last month. This is not okay and the only response is from Chipotle corporate saying to reach out to their website I’m sure for a gift card or something how about you FOX the problem and replace management and train them? This is the third time in 2 weeks that I stopped here to get food and they are out of almost everything and tell me it’s going to be a 15 minute wait if I really want to have the ingredients I want this is like 8:00 p.m. so I get it a little bit but you’re open until 11:00 for God’s sake and then when I ask for a manager they just ignored me and I stopped and said no who is the manager and they said well I am but the other guy is in the office I just walked out this is ridiculous fix the problem this is the closest Chipotle to me I should not have to have this issue or I’ll just start swinging over to fuzzy’s down the street.

Ordered a basic bowl. Got it delivered and it was someone else’s order. Tried contacting support for help because DoorDash wasn’t able to help as the outer packing(bag) had my name on it however the actual sticker on the bowl had someone else’s name on it. They kept stating there was nothing they would do that it was DoorDash’s problem. I explained it was NOT the driver fault, they picked up the correct bag. It was the person at Chipotle who messed up the order. You can’t get ahold of ANYONE at the actual restaurant as it simply will not allow you to. I am disabled and in a wheelchair so delivery is the only way for me to get my food. So not only was I out of a meal I was also out almost $20. It is absurd that y’all were so unhelpful. Your customer service is horrible. Very very disappointed. This restaurant also frequently forgets ingredients. I’ve also sent in an email about having CARDBOARD in my food and never hear back about that either. Y’all need some serious customer service training.

We love Chipotle, but the past 2 times I have been there the food is so spicy hot we can hardly eat it. We ordered the chicken bowl and usually not spicy so do not know why these were so hot.

I ordered food for the family and the fajita kids meal had their hot red salsa drizzled on the steak when I specifically ordered it with “no hot salsa”. My kid was gagging and, in a panic, and I was too as I was unsure what caused it. I looked at his to-go plate and noticed the hot red salsa they have that was mixed in with his steak. I truly felt it was careless and uncaring of them to just proceed and box it up and not remake the plate when preparing it especially on a kids plate. I know you might have some spillage in the prep line but this was more than a little. Come on guys, do better! I had to pull out the strainer and wash the salsa off his steak before my kid could eat it. I was supposed to eat out and not do kitchen work, but here we are leaving a review in hopes it helps add some light to prevent this in the future and save a kid from a chili panic.

Chips were forgotten in my girlfriends online order so I come back so I could buy some chips in store and im told that chips were only available for the online orders. I had to go to a different location just so I could get chips without ordering online. I don’t want to have an app or account for a restaurant that I only go to for other people in my life. I should not have to drive to a different location or order online for something as simple as chips. Not a fan.

Food quantity is the worst I have ever seen from chipotle, and that’s saying a lot. Double meat bowl with extra lettuce. I got it as a pick up order, didn’t check it until I went to eat it after I got to my destination. Every other chipotle in the metro, this bowl would be full, didn’t even get half a bowl and obviously single meat serving when I paid for double. To charge $16 for a kids sized serving is crazy work!

So I will start out by saying that I’m a bit of a Dr. Pepper snob. So because they don’t have that, I rarely will go here, but will just get coke or root beer if the family really wants to eat here. That being said, the coke, root beer, and mr. pibb were all out of order. Wasn’t sure about the sprite because it’s clear already, but all the fountain drinks were coming out clear with the exception of diet coke. The last few times that I have been, the chips have been so bad that you can’t even eat them. Well to no surprise, they were awful again today. It’s like they have been sitting in there for days it’s so bad. The burrito was pretty good but with the lobby being dirty as shown in the pics, and the drinks being out of order, I just wanted to get out of there. The prices are a little high as well, $3 for a small drink is pretty high especially since they didn’t mention that all of the drinks were out. I got 3, so $9 bucks down the drain. Just overall a reminder of why I don’t go here often.
So after posting this, I glanced through a few reviews of people all saying the same thing, Dirty! I see the owner comment on these reviews but nothing has been done to address the issues because it’s still a disaster. You would think with the reviews trending downward you would want to fix the issue before you go out of business but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
