I was greeted immediately upon entry. Rae had great customer service and was also our bartender. We sat at the bar area. The bar area is small compared to their other locations.
We only came for happy hour which is from 4:30-6p. On this visit I can’t speak on the pizza. I started with the Raspberry lemon drop which was really good! Rae filled it up to the rim. We also shared Wagyu beef empanadas and Spinach & artichoke dip. The appetizers were okay, the spinach dip wasn’t what I thought it would be. It was heavy on the spinach, with very little cheese. I could hardly taste the artichoke.
The drinks were good but the appetizers didn’t catch my attention. The happy hour prices are reasonable, which makes it for a great night out with friends or just coming right after work. The HH drinks and bar service would bring me back.

We dined at Delucca Gaucho in Southlake last week for their AYCE pizza dinner and had a fantastic experience. Tanner was our main server, and he did an excellent job. He was very attentive and made sure we got to try everything we were interested in from the menu. He consistently checked in and kept the experience flowing smoothly.
Pablo was also wonderful—he was bringing around the pizzas and made sure we didn’t miss any varieties. Both of them worked as a great team and made our dinner fun and enjoyable. Outstanding service all around. We’ll definitely be back!

Last minute dinner decision on a Sunday. Perfect choice. Relaxed but elevated atmosphere. Romeo was a wonderful attendant. He checked on us regularly and made my delicious Lemon Basil Spritzer mocktail. 19 varieties of pizza and I think we only made it to 6 regular and tried the 4 dessert pizzas. Top pick was the 4 cheese w/ Truffle oil pizza. My son (14) said the cheese had great pull. Dessert top pick was definitely the Nutella. Come hungry.. we will be back to try the rest.

What an incredible experience, my waiter Ben was awesome and then I was blown away by the quality of the food. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The old fashion was to die for as well and don’t sleep on the lobster bisque. I will definitely be back and bring my wife so she can experience it as well. Also not like some of the steak house’s, the wait staff did pay attention to my card being on green or red which was a nice change of pace for a gaucho style restaurant.

I really enjoyed this unique pizza experience. This restaurant is a pizza version of a Brazilian steak house where they bring to your table all you can eat specialty pizzas. I also heard the term “adult cici’s” from a few people – I’d say that true for the variety aspect, but the quality is better.
I tried and ranked all of the pizzas that came around while we were there. Here is my analysis from most to least favorite. I would eat all of them again, though maybe not all in one sitting again.

3. Mexican Elote
4. Turkish Lamb
5. Garlic Picanha – Brazilian steak
6. Chicken tikka masala
7. Vodka sauce + mushroom
8. Prosciutto and pear
9. Bbq Sausage
10. Spinach artichoke (got a cold piece or this one might be higher)
11. Butternut squash goat cheese
Desert
1. Nutella
2. Guava Marmalade
3. Banana flambe (similarly, got a cold piece or this one could have been higher)

We celebrated 2 birthdays without announcing it to anyone. My husband & my niece had a birthday dinner. The salad was interesting! It was lemony & kinda bitter, but good. The water was refreshing & always topped off. The wait staff was great. We had a good waiter, Matt. The pizza was interesting with a lot of different flavors! The meatballs was my absolute favorite! They tried the lobster bisque & liked it. The Mexican corn pizza was my favorite pizza, there were many others that were good. The lemonade was refreshing. The desert pizza was a big hit for my birthday crew, especially the chocolate one. I didn’t try any desert pizza. I was full after 5 slices, my birthday crew was there on a mission. The restaurant was cold temperature, great place to try new food.

Seth provided outstanding service from start to finish. He is very attentive, professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. He checked in at all the right moments and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to feel so well taken care of. He created such a welcoming atmosphere and truly enhanced our dining experience. This experience alone ensures we will be back. This place is hands down the best for unlimited pizza! The variety is amazing, everything stays fresh and hot, and the staff keeps the buffet stocked. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, which makes it easy to just sit back and enjoy.
For the price, you really can’t beat it. Great food, great value, and such a fun experience. Definitely coming back!

My husband and I had lunch here for the first time since they changes their menu options. We love that you can now choose just the salad and pizza; salad, pizza, and lobster bisque or Wagyu meatballs; OR all of it; and the pricing reflects the different options instead of paying the same price regardless. Also, the staff are friendly and efficient, the pizza is delicious (love the thin crust and the variety of flavors), and our waiter (Ben) kept our water replenished without our having to ask. Plus, the general manager, Chloe came to our table and took the time to sit and talk with us. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would recommend Delucca Gaucho in Southlake to anyone who likes pizza!

This was our first time at a Gaucho-style pizza place and we loved it. The pizza was cooked to perfection with high quality toppings. The crust had the right amount of crisp. We liked the lamb pizza and chicken tikka pizza the most—but all the choices were good. Chloe and team did a wonderful job accommodating our party of 12 even though we sat down about 45 minutes before closing. We will definitely return.
