Probably best for curbside or drive through, because inside was surreal. Three DIY kiosks, plastic or phone pay only. Stood at the register by myself for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged, despite a manager and 2 separate workers using that register to check orders for the DT and carside 2 go. Food showed up reasonably fast, fresh, correct, and was about what you’d expect when eating at McDonald’s. Prices are up, but so is everything else. It was kinda odd to me to hear the entire staff speaking Spanish in a New England restaurant, but it worked for them. Drive thru orders were being knocked out at amazing speeds.

This place is incredibly cold – consistently. Winter jackets are useful.
Service really varies by who’s working. Some are super, and others seem to be asleep.
My coffee was only lukewarm this morning.
Our men’s group meets there every morning, but are thinking about going else where.

Just can’t from here 12/5 and the girl in drive-thru consistently misses giving me my hi-c! On top of that she doesn’t know how to give any type of packets to the food that you bought like strawberry jam salt and pepper and even the common utensil to eat your food etc.

Really gone downhill. Been asked to pull up at the drive thru 4 times recently and every time I have had to go inside because they forgot me. Take people out of order at the drive thru and the afternoon crew displays a terrible attitude. Negative 5 stars

I’ve met cats and dogs smarter than the people working at this McDonald’s. Gave me ranch snack wraps instead of spicy, put 5 chicken nuggets in my 6 piece, and forgot my sweet and sour sauce.

It’s McDonald’s…so not expecting 5 stars to begin with. It’s fine when needed. That being said, this is the slowest drive thru on the eastern coast of the US. It’s actually insane to watch 10+ staff, half of their phones doing nothing, the other half running around yelling at each other. It’s never even busy either.

I went there today around 3:15, and the service was the worst. The worst employee was the manager. It didn’t bother me that we just didn’t understand each other. The problem was her attitude. She really wasn’t managing anything, but at least the other employees tried to be professional. I had to throw the fries in the trash, and the nuggets looked like they were cooked again.

I’ve had a couple good experiences at this location, in fact the day shift usually has me thinking its one of the better locations I’ve been too. How the night shift handles them has destroyed any good will they had earned and at this point in time, I would advise going to almost any other fast food alternative instead.

A recap of how destroyed my order was:
->ordered 2 double cheeseburgers – one completely mia and the other didn’t have any of the condiments on it at all.
-> M&M mcflurry – nowhere to be found.
– > Drinks – not only did I not get the coke requested, I was giving hi-c and the sprite option…? No straws either.
-> Nuggets – most nuggets were loose in the bag (could be the driver but devils advocate) and dipping sauce completely MIA.
-> McChicken sandwich – randomly added pickles to the sandwich that traditionally comes with mayo and lettuce??? (reviewing the receipt this may have been an error somewhere in translation, so not as stressed about this one.)

Honestly, this order could not have been mangled any harder than it was tonight and I haven’t had an order this bad in my entire life.

With prices rising across the board, there is no reason someone should pay hiked prices if they are also going to get bent over.

Props to this McDonald’s if they are training the blind to be their line cook, if that’s not the case management needs to do some evaluating.

My biggest complaint is the parking especially when it is raining or snowing. The employees take all the close spots causing customers to park way out back. There were 10 cars up front and none anywhere else and only 3 customers inside.

They are rude especially the managers. I spend alot of money here to be treated with such rudeness. I was even was giving orders that dont belong to me corporate really needs to step in everytime is a bad experience here…
