I’m not sure where these poor reviews manifest from. Did someone not get enough love as a child? EriKARENlynn stating that she had to wait 20 minutes for a coffee. I call BS. Do you know how long 20 minutes is? If anything, it was 6 or 7. I’ve never had less than perfect experiences at this AJ starbucks. Keep quiet little missy. We drove though this Starbucks around 630pm on 1/26 the guy who helped us seemed to be working alone or possibly short staffed but he was so incredibly friendly and kind. My drink was so tasty and he made me 2 pup cups for my dogs. He was so professional and a hard worker!

Very poor customer service if any at all. They will outright just ignore you. And if you happen to be an delivery driver, I would highly recommend you avoid taking an order from here. I waited 15 minutes and they never once even acknowledged me. And they were going so slow it almost seemed intentional. I feel bad for the actual customers making the order, not to mention your drivers, obviously that affects them too. I would love to know why they hate delivery driver so much. Because this is not the first time.

1st off, Its filthy! They sweep and mop but only around the tables and chairs, they don’t sanitize anything. They also won’t give me hot water! They won’t let me buy it either!? Wth, I like drinking my own tea while I snack on a pastry!

I placed an order here and waited 40 minutes for 1 drink. Idk what was going on but there was a lot of workers yet it seemed as tho the drive through worker was the only one making drinks…. There was a huge line inside and outside. It was insane how long it took.

Been here 3 times and each time im waiting 15-20 min for my coffee. Drive thru or even inside. I will not be back they are slow & dont care. No apology for the wait at any time. Apparently they may need to revisit management considering the similar reviews.
