I would leave zero stars if that was an option. The day shift manager is rude and has such bad personal hygiene I could smell her from across the counter. It is definitely unpleasant trying to order food while smelling what can only be described as a month’s worth of body odor and trash. Also, my food was made incorrectly multiple times and then was called a lair when I wanted it corrected. Between the smell, the attitude and the food not being made right it was a terrible experience. The manager also made fun of my medical condition. Do not spend your money at this location. Terrible food, unclean environment and the worst customer service I have ever seen. Seriously, go anywhere else. Tacos at home would better than the garbage they are selling.

This taco bell on main Street in Crossville tn has a 1 start review from me. I would give them 0 stars but that is not an option. One of the managers was being very rude to me when I dropped my cousin off at work. She was being very bixhy to me. Alk I tried to do was help explain why my cousin was late to work and she was EXTREMELY rude to me. I am a customer I was gonna buy food, but she has no customer service skills and no customer relationship skills. I have no earthly idea as to WHY this very extremly rude woman has a job working ANYWHERE that has to have any kind of interactions with customers. I will find out her name and edit this and add her name later. Thank you. I hope she eventually either gets fired or at least learns how to interact with a customer. Thank you.

This Taco bell was the best by far we have been too. We sometimes have to travel a lot and I have dairy restrictions and eat mostly plant based meals. They didn’t mess up our order. They were very pleasant and kind making sure I knew which order was mine. Their bathrooms were clean, decorated, and smelled very good. There was even mats by each toilet. We will stop here again if we are in the area.

We had to wait for a few minutes for our food. The service was ok and the food was hot and delicious. We got crunchy and soft tacos. Ten out of ten recommend. Rachel was really sweet and helpful.

I waited 20+ minutes for an order for a meal for 1 person to be fulfilled at about 9:30 PM (not lunch- or dinner-hour rush). I also don’t ever recall seeing fast-food employees drinking while at their work stations. Does that comply with TN Health Department rules? Where are the customer’s (timely served) drinks? But they were right on time to ask for payment. This was my first ever visit to any Taco Bell restaurant, and it will be my last. Poor management and awful customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE! unless you wanna spend your ENTIRE day there. This place is beyond pathetic if you don’t have enough staff do not open simple as that! Put in a mobile order for 11:15 didn’t get my food till 11:45 keep in mind there was another person there waiting for there 11:00 mobile order as well don’t think he got his until 11:35 as I was leaving I thought let me look and make sure I got everything and of course they forgot something! Two of my items were wrong waited 5 minutes for a fork the list could just go on and on and I’m by far not blaming the current employees there going as fast as they could for being so over whelmed!!!!! Fully blaming management that taco bell need a better manager how embarrassing waiting for my food heard at least 4 people say how pathetic the place was. Oh yeah don’t worry I tried to contact the manager but she couldn’t come to the phone because of the rush ……… NEVER EVER WILL I BE BACK TO THIS TACO BELL!!!!!!!!!!

I understand nobody’s perfect we all have bad days but the manager at this restaurant is absolutely ridiculous loud obnoxious I guess their heat and air was messed up felt perfectly fine to me but throughout the whole restaurant you only hear her screaming that it’s hot she can’t breathe. While all the employees are in the background making the food she’s sitting out in the sitting area telling everybody I hope you can make it for an hour without messing up I want to take a break. And making sure she repeated herself so everybody in the restaurant including the workers would hear her all the way from the dining area. I’m not trying to body shame anybody but when you weigh 400 lb you should probably stop yelling if you can’t breathe. Everyone in the restaurant couldn’t even hear the person sitting across from them because her mouth was so loud. And for the reason why I’m giving such a low review on the food is because the chicken that was in my burrito could have been used as a weapon for how dry and hard it was. The sad thing about this is there’s about 10 post on here about how bad this manager is and she is still here Taco Bell does not care whether or not you’re getting what you paid for they just want your money and they want you out the door
