Absolutely the Best Dim Sum and Service!
Empire Chinese Restaurant is hands down the best place for dim sum! The food is always fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was perfection, from the dumplings to the BBQ pork buns. The service was equally impressive: warm, attentive, and fast, even when the restaurant was busy. Amazing service from Glendy! I’ll come back for sure, the food was really good, we ordered the prawn wonton soup to start, recommended by the staff and it was really good, they even explained us how adding spicy sauce on top will make the wonton tastier. Combo B is plenty of food for you!

We were invited to have lunch with our family friend. Thank you to Y and J for treating us. It was a delicious and fabulous meal considering we’re in Langley! The dim sum was decent and fried rice was huge! Kudos to the dim sum master(s) and chefs. Servers and managers were very friendly and attentive! Thank you!

Came here with my family and friends. This restaurant serves dim sum for lunch which you don’t find many in the Langley (like Luxe) or Surrey (like Neptune).
Inside is pretty spacious and they have very friendly staff. The atmosphere feels like the Chinese dim sum restaurants in Vancouver & Richmond. We ordered a bunch of dim sum and some other special items like fried rice and crab. The one thing that surprised me was that they gave XO sauce for free which most restaurants usually charge … great bonus!
Overall the whole eating experience was great and will definitely come back here again to satisfy our dim sum cravings.

Dined here on Victoria Day, for a family lunch/dinner. First thing that really stands out is the staff. SUPER attentive, friendly and frankly very welcoming. Honestly if you feel overwhelmed with the plethora of food options to choose from, just ask. Because frankly there’s something for everyone here.
I have to give a mention to Glendy, who kept checking in on us the whole time, giving suggestions for new items to try, sharing stories and overall making the experience of eating here just that much better.
The wait for the food was quite short, though we did come at a time where it wasn’t as busy, there’s times where I’d see this place packed.
The food? Comforting, and delicious. I didn’t manage to get a full photo of everything, because the moment something hit the table someone took a piece/scoop…
Didn’t make it in time to try the Dim Sum, but we’ll definitely be coming back earlier next time to try some!

We have no experience with authentic Chinese cuisine but Gleny and his crew were fantastic! The restaurant is clean & cared for and the interior is inviting & well laid out. Whether you have a small group or large one you can be accommodated. Our lunch was started with a pot of hot tea, I really enjoyed the tea. Gleny has a great sense of humour; he helped us with the menu & gave us suggestions. He also gave us forks when he saw we were hopeless cases for using chopsticks lol. For Dim Sum there is a written menu and a picture menu which is great! There were 4 of us and I had studied dishes online and made a list prior to going- it was suggested online to get 3 Dim Sum dishes per person- Empire Gardens portions are very generous so I would suggest 1-2 per person, everyone was stuffed and we had to bring lots of leftovers home. We loved the experience and I am glad the staff was so attentive & supportive, they truly eased our anxiety of trying something new. I highly recommend the baked BBQ pork buns, beef meatballs, dumplings, and rice flour rolls with pork. My husband loved the sticky rice wraps in lotus leaf & the squid tentacles. They brought a variety of sauces like oyster, chili and hoisin which elevate the dishes- do not skip the sauces! Next time we go I am just going to ask the staff for suggestions on dishes & go with that. Thank you to the staff for being so lovely, you do not find such genuine people like this very often anymore. Experience 5/5

The service was exceptional—our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. We decided to try a few of their house specials, and I’m so glad we did!
The Kung Pao Chicken was a standout, perfectly cooked with just the right amount of heat and a delightful crunch from the peanuts. We also enjoyed the Mongolian Beef, which was tender and flavorful, served on a bed of fresh vegetables that added a wonderful freshness to the dish.
Don’t miss their Peking Duck—it was cooked to perfection with crispy skin and served with fluffy pancakes and rich hoisin sauce. Every bite was a taste of heaven!
For dessert, we indulged in the Mango Sticky Rice, which was a delightful end to our meal, combining sweet and creamy flavors that left us wanting more.
Overall, Empire Garden offers an amazing dining experience with delicious food and stellar service. I can’t wait to return and try more of their incredible dishes! Highly recommend!

I’ve been there multiple times and the food and service are great.
Glendy is the best. He has recommended us a few dishes and we have really liked them.
So far, the xiao long bao and the prawn wonton soup are our favorites. The combos for 1 and 2 are also great and the portions are more than enough for amount of people.
The atmosphere is also nice. I’ll keep coming back to this place.
