Ordered home delivery because I can’t drive. It was left outside when I told them not to. The food was semi cold and not very good.They gave me a coke instead of a shake. I would never order coke. I had an offer for a free whopper and I will never do it again.

Ordered thru the drive thru & requested fresh food as you can see the fish sandwich meal I ordered wasn’t fresh at all I asked for cheese there wasn’t any on my sandwich in it looked old like it’s been sitting for a while the cheese looked like it was sucking off as if this fish sandwich was already previously made honestly something fresh wouldn’t look like this at all. I just feel like that is disgusting to be serving your customers old food that was already previously cooked I always before even days before that has been sitting for a while and we are trusting you guys to serve us fresh food I mean you are taking our money so what we are paying for should be fresh at all times and this is a fish sandwich the lettuce looks old there wasn’t any tomatoes on there either in I asked for no pickles It looked like pickles was on the sandwich and they had to get off It is sad because I honestly don’t believe that restaurants should pre-make the sandwiches because when they sit around they’re not fresh anymore because they’re sitting even if they’re sitting under heat that definitely effects the food quality. I honestly feel like I got ripped off because I paid for cheese I did not get cheese at all what I requested I did not receive and I feel like us as customers we are spending on her own money we should get what we pay for not what they thought we deserve. And I usually will come to this restaurant and sit down in the inside and eat because it’s comfortable on the inside but last time that I sat there and ate there I heard the manager fussing with one of the employees saying hurry up and pick that burger off the floor and wrap it up before one of the customers see that it fell on the floor and me and my partner stop eating our food because we heard them in the back talking about the burger that fell on the floor and I’m like so they’re going to continue to wrap this burger up a service to somebody knowing that it fall on the floor so you have to be very careful where you eat at because just because the neighborhood is a nice neighborhood does not mean that there are nice cleanly people around the sad part is I love Burger King but some of these restaurants behind the whole lot of secrets in the kitchen so be careful where you choose to eat from and always check your food before you leave the restaurant if you go through the drive-thru because you never know You might not get exactly what you ordered

Placed a delivery order that they approved and they closed before it was picked up and without cancelling the order so I was left waiting hours before I realized they weren’t open. Also they mess up every order, usually missing two or three items, esp the dessert items.

Ordered the mushroom Swiss with onion rings burger meal with 4 other meals. I got something else besides the mushroom Swiss etc.
Went inside with the wrong meal, they accused us of eating the mushrooms saying that they gave us the right one!! lol like really?! We ate the mushrooms and went inside just to get a whole new burger ♀️ In this 3• weather!

This one is always such a good location. The staff are always friendly, the food is always fresh and it always comes out in a timely manner. They also get the orders correct.
I do wish they had air conditioning in the building since some days it’s a little hot and sitting inside to eat should be comfortable (unless maybe the air conditioning isn’t really working as well today)

I open my sandwich and all I got was this mess.. bk in mthope Not that good like they used to… I order a chicken sandwich And it was too greasy and not cute to eat . And too much mayonnaise like come one y’all went super overboard. Who ever made this sandwich you terrible making a simple order

Is it just me or did Burger King burgers get better? They seem to taste great now like even better than they used to. I know they’re price definitely increased lol you got a number one combo and paying almost over 10 bucks is the only thing I have to complain about.
