I had the best Islands experience ever today! Victoria (Tori) was amazing! Constantly checking on us. We were very well taken care of. Great advice on the sliders appetizer with cheddar. The cobb salad was also excellent! At the end of the meal we got to chat with the restaurant manager. Great experience at a great restaurant!

Visited this restaurant during a typical Thursday lunch with a few of my work colleagues. Since it’s located in the Market Place Plaza, there’s plenty of parking available. The restaurant boasts a tropical-themed ambiance with ample seating.
Their burgers are generously sized, and with a side of fries, they make for a fulfilling meal. For those looking for a lighter option, they offer a burger bowl and a beach bowl. The beach bowl with fish, however, was a bit too salty and didn’t quite hit the mark, while the burger bowl was pretty good, though the portion size was a bit on the smaller side.
The service was a little slow, which was surprising given that it wasn’t a rush lunch.
Overall, if you’re craving a burger joint that’s different from the usual chain spots, this place is worth a visit.

Visited this place twice in a week. There was no wait for weekday lunch. Pretty standard American food. Tried the kilauea burger for the first time and the chicken sandwich later. The size of the burger and the sandwich is big, you can be full easily with the fries. Service is various depending on where you sit. It is a nice place for a quick American meal.

Great atmosphere to watch a game. They have happy hour all Sunday and game days. The beer flight was tasty and so was the passion fruit margarita. We had the nachos, spinach artichoke dip and a chicken bowl to share we were stuffed.

Used to love Islands. Today it’s a mediocre burger. If it’s a big burger you want, though, it’s the right place. I ordered the Kilauea. Towards the end I really tasted the pepper so maybe it was seasoned on one side of the burger (?). I added bacon but didn’t taste that at all. Overall, it filled me up. Rating 5.9/10.

Instead of being attentive, my server allowed her personal discomforts and assumptions to affect her service ignoring me walking by multiple times. Sat another couple 5 minutes after me and immediately began helping them and that’s when I asked if I can have my server to her after No acknowledgment not even a water and then when I ask for service she had an attitude. Week leadership from management in the building. Poor attention to detail in the kitchen. I usually get the same burger at other locations that come out much better. The food quality seemed intentional after the attitude I was given when asking for help

The salsa tastes like the jarred salsa that has a shelf life of two years and the tortilla soup tastes not much better than canned soup.
We also ordered a salad and it also tasted like a prepackaged salad you could buy at the supermarket. The kids Mac and cheese is also almost certainly Kraft Mac and cheese.
The food is awful at this price point. On the bright side, service was quite good despite being a busy night:

First timer. Excellent overall service, attention to customer and atmosphere. Drinks were very refreshing and well-balanced. Enjoyable atmosphere the tennis tour was on TV screen. The tortilla chips and artichoke dip were very good. The fish tacos (3 tacos) had only a very small amount of chipotle sauce in a breaded fish, and the soft corn tortillas were too hard, which it reminds me to ask for more chipotle, order other type of tortillas or try one of the burgers next time.

Islands is always a cool spot, I’ve been going ever since I was a kid. The food is always consistent, and there’s something for everyone. Our server Danielle was awesome, attentive, pleasant and engaging. Well be back for sure.

Last time I ate at an islands the food wasn’t any good but my recent experience was greatly enjoyable!! Good job on improving your menu! I’d definitely would recommend and will gladly be back here.
