I went on a Friday with a 5:00 reservation. I really loved it, there’s parking right next door. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I ordered the Manhattan cocktail, and they even brought me the extra that didn’t fit in my glass. The shrimp gnocchi was very good. The provolone appetizer was fine, but I think it would go better with flour tortillas instead of bread, in my opinion. The dessert was delicious and came with the message I had requested.

Cooking your own steak was an experience. My friends and I laughed about it but it’s not for everyone. The menu is a la carte. You choose a protein, select sides and get recommend cooking times depending on how well you wish it cooked. The creme brulee was delicious. The atmosphere was fun and casual.

Second time coming here. Doesn’t disappoint. Got the Cajun Ny strip. Cannot recommend following the guidelines for cooking. Learn how to cook your steak before coming here or you’ll be making multiple trips to the lava rock grills.

While skiing in Steamboat, this place came highly recommended by almost everyone I met. I wasn’t too keen on spending money at a restaurant to have to grill my own steak but it ended up being a really fun experience! The quality of the cuts were great and the atmosphere and service was excellent as well. The hype is real and I highly recommend this steakhouse!

I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at 8th Street Steakhouse! From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a memorable evening. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. So much fun! Quality steaks and service. I was very impressed with the appetizers (we had calamari and pork belly) as well as the steak (Buffalo Steak and New York strip prime). Atmosphere is lots of fun. If you’re looking for a fun experience for the family, this is the place.
