Me and my mother came in to eat for lunch and the atmosphere was alright, there were a couple of fly’s buzzing around however. We ordered through the Kiosk machines in the front of the place and placed our order for lunch, I got a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a chocolate frosty. For some reason when I got the frosty the employee told me that they ran out of spoons and that made me enjoy my frosty less because I couldn’t suck hard enough through the straw. The food was good but the files wouldn’t stop bothering us, I feel like this Wendy’s could do a lot better.

Customer service is nonexistent the bad attitude level of the employees is extremely high. If you go into this restaurant, you will feel like you are inconveniencing the employees. And the food is not good. Shame on the management

The employee at the counter was rather abrupt and not at all pleasant or friendly. No eye contact, no smile, no thank you and no explanations when we were told that they didn’t have any salads.

The service these last few months had been crap. They havnt been giving any of the sauces me and my family have requested, no ranch, and I havnt gotten any of the special dips of dread sauces, which I shouldn’t have to request for since it’s supposed to be a surprise? This has just been going on for too long.. use to be my favorite fast food to go to but now I’m better off walking into the Walmart to grab some rotisserie chicken and slap it on some breed bruh. Also I asked for no mayo and they still gave me mayo.. I rather wait a little longer to get my meal correct then to get some half done order made. I hope this part of the review at least gets heard out cause I do like the food there especially since it’s been my go-to for 10 years. On another note I know y’all don’t control control this but god damn why the biggie bag sandwiches so small y’all raised the price plus made the food significantly less then what ya use to get in the 4 for 4, now you need 2 just to fill you up I have a family of five and buying all my kids combos is way too pricey for one meal +no nuggets which they love not because I’m broke, it’s just unreasonable when I can feed my family better with the chicken isle in Walmart and probably have left overs for tomorrow for significantly cheaper.. to whoever is reading this hope you have a nice day

The staff was so nice and the food was excellent. I could tell the staff worked well together and was super friendly! There was a busy Sunday crowd but it was fast and delicious.

I can’t tell you about the atmosphere because I didn’t go in that day. I do live in the area and they need help they’re on a major highway and it seems like they need help. But all in all the food is good.

This undoubtedly was the dirtiest Wendy’s restaurant I have ever seen. Very uncharacteristic of Wendy’s locations I have visted over the years. The counters, behind counter, kitchen area, dining room were filthy. The dining room ceiling has visible mold from roof leaking over 40% of dining area, wow. The Coca Cola machine did not work, turned off. Unfortunately we paid for meals, then second guessed our purchase decision, throwing meals in garbage and departing going next door for a sit down dinner.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would after the experience we had last night. They were not busy for a Friday night, and I went through the drive through to pick up 2 meals. It took a few minutes to get from the speaker where I ordered but then, when I got to the 1st window and paid, it took over TWENTY MINUTES of sitting behind ONE car for them to get their food. I watched plenty of employees walking around in the back so it did not appear that there was a lack of employees, just a lack of communication and any thought to getting orders to the customers in a reasonable time. Then there was another TEN+ MINUTES waiting at the pick up window. They had no ice for the drinks and that should have been said when the order was placed so that we could have decided if we wanted the drinks. I prefer ice so I may have not gotten a combo had I known. But then NO APOLOGY or explanation of any kind for the insanely LONG wait time!!! This was unacceptable and since there are plenty of other Fast Food establishments in the area, I don’t have to go back. If this is a normal way of treating customers, this place won’t be open much longer. The only positive is that the employee was polite when taking the order. But that in no way makes up for the 45 minutes it took to stop there with only a few cars in line.
