This Wendy’s location is the best in Roanoke.The staff was friendly, the dining area was clean and the food was excellent. As we were leaving we had the chance to speak with the manager. We told her how much we appreciated the service. She wished us a safe trip home and said have a blessed night. This is the model most fast food business should learn from. I hope Corporate and owner sees this..

Sorry. But this store needs to shut down, bring in a training crew, rebuild, and then shut down. Not sure Wendy’s here will survive. Been here twice. Both times terribly slow and terrible food. Way overpriced and not competitive with the worst that Philly had to offer. Something wrong at these places in Bonsack.

Ordered $25 worth of food in the drive-thru which included chicken nuggets. When I got to the window I politely asked for TWO ranch dipping sauces, and I was told that I would have to be charged extra for the dipping sauce. If I can’t get 2 dipping sauces with my $25 meal then I will be taking my business elsewhere. Ridiculous.

I wouldn’t even waste your time here. Its always either slow or a bad experience. I wanted to stop by after dropping my mother off to work. Upon arriving and after ordering I was having issues with my tap to pay so I just decided to do a mobile order. I pull up to the speaker, sounds like she says ‘pull around’ so I do. After getting to the window I tell an employee that I had a mobile order. The manager comes charging over stating “well he wont be getting it he didnt pay for anything” thinking I cant hear them they keep blabbing at the mouth. I’d honestly go to the one on Williamson. Theyre friendlier, and faster. Dont waste your time on orange ave.

Be sure to get the new garlic fries with your to go order so they can put it sideways in your bag and your car will reek from all the garlic that leaks thru the bag and into your seat. Like really? Thanks Wendy’s for your 100% amazing competence. Lovely.

So, I went there to order 4 $5 biggie bags, Krabby patty meal and a no. 4 chicken sandwich meal and was charged nearly $55. I had to request the receipt and now I see that I was charged all sorts of weird charges. I’m calling corporate and I’m warning ppl that what you order might cost an extra $10 depending on who is ringing you up. Now the cashier was a sweet kid, but she did the most on bill, probably pressing anything to get the order in at my expense, so I can’t let it slide. Sorry Wendy’s on Orange Ave, y’all need to train better or y’all need to credit me back. Also, the Krabby patty pineapple drink is smaller than a Pinky toe smdh ps. I never order natural lemonade. I asked for fruit punch or lemonade and was charged for natural lemonade

Ordered 2 Double Baconators and 2 large fries for my mom and I. The “Baconators” had total of 2 strips of bacon. One broke in half on the top and one broke in half on the bottom. Called customer service and they said they could only give me a credit if I downloaded the app. I use my phone for work and I don’t like too many apps taking up data.

Our large fries weren’t even filled up all the way and the burgers on the junior bacon cheeseburgers were so thin it was like they put a piece of thin sliced deli meat on it instead of hamburger and then charge $3.19 after tax for each of them that is ridiculous I guess all these companies and restaurants are so greedy they rather starve someone to death and just feed them bread basically very disappointed ☹️
