This was a very nice experience. I went there with my dad side of the family and got lunch at 1 o’clock. We had a long table in the back towards the north west side. It wasn’t very easy to talk to everybody because of the long table distancing the conversation. The food was pretty good. I got a Willie burger with the salad bar. The Willie burger is only 299 and they charge extra for cheese. The salad bar is good and I tried one of the soups which was very good. Others told me that the ham pot pie was very good and supposedly they make the noodles fresh in the house atmosphere was nice. There wasn’t many people at first, but once we were checking out more people were arriving.

Great open atmosphere. The salad and dezert bar are certainly a nice bonus. The service was friendly and outstanding. Food is delicious. Will go back when in the area!

Everything was good, but nothing was great. The salad and dessert bar was mediocre. The best things on it were the cinnamon bread and the chicken soup. I ordered a buffalo chicken mac & cheese bowl, and I really didn’t care for it at all. My husband ordered the house burger, which he said was very good. The fries were good and bottomless. I thought the prices were decent, and our service was good as well. But overall, I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat at Hoss’s again.

Hoss’s is the restaurant we remembered from 300 miles north. We ordered the salad bar for both of us and we were not disappointed. Prompt service, granted there was only 4 other tables, but very fond memories. We will go back if we travel in that direction.

We love to visit Hosses when we visit PA. we had the salmon and sautéed shrimp. Our server was awesome! What a nice place with a great salad bar and really good soft serve ice cream.

I ordered the little hoss steak, rare, with buttered mushrooms. Yum! From the salad bar I had French onion soup and made an almond cranberry salad with raspberry vinaigrette

Tonight was a less than stellar night… Food was wonderful however at the end of our night when we where eating dessert we where getting interrupted by Ants crawling around on the table at our booth, they appeared to be coming from the brick part of the booth. We informed our server and she asked if we wanted to move and said she would let her Manager know about the Ants, then upon paying our bill we went to the front counter and then our server processed the payment and she said she’ll let her Manager know…. It was like our server was being a little bit dismissive….. I hope the Manager sees this and makes sure to clean the booths and seal whatever up so the Ants don’t come back so we can still come to eat without being interrupted by Ants.

there is a heavy atmosphere, people don’t smile even the customers, the place is very dark and most of the customers were older, the food is expensive, the photos that come from a menu there on Google, are already outdated in prices, I went there because I based it on those prices and I was with 5 teenagers, one of them got sick after eating the hamburger, the photo I attached of the chicken with potatoes, I ordered it as an appetizer adding a side salad should have been 10 dollars according to the menu, and it is a very small breast with a few potatoes and a glass of water, I paid 15 dollars for this dish plus taxes,
I really didn’t like the place for those prices I would have gone to a better place.

HORRIBLE! GROSS FOOD, BAD SERVICE! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS AND BE ABLE TO PUT MY REVIEW I WOULD. I GOT A CHICKEN MASH BOWL IT TASTED AWFUL AND LOOKED AWFUL. THE SALAD BAR WAS ALL DRIED UP, BROCCOLI IN THE BROCCOLI SALAD WAS BROWN! NOTHING LIKE IT USED TO BE. RUSHY WAITRESS PUSHING TO TAKE YOUR ORDER AS SHE HAS HER DAUGHTER WITH HER.
THE SERVICE WAS PLAIN HORRIBLE, THE FOOD WAS NOT GOOD AND NOT EVEN PRESENTABLE. MY HUSBANDS SWEET POTATO WAS BURNT CLEARLY AND THE STEAK I WONT EVEN GET INTO THAT! THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF MEDIUM WELL WITH A PILE OF COLD BUTTER ON TOP! THE HOT PLATES ARE NOT EVEN HOT!
