Decided to try the Bikini Bottom Bundle today. I requested the Impossible patty for my Whopper because I have alpha gal. I love Burger King’s Impossible Whopper very much, it’s so close to a real burger for me and I greatly appreciate that they have it. There was a little bit of a wait in the drive through, not a big deal. They were out of the cheese cake for the bundle but switched it out and said we could come back after their truck delivery and get the correct cake for free, which was very nice. I could tell the cheesy bacon tots were good but they weren’t my cup of tea.The pineapple drink tasted just like pineapple, and this Burger King’s Diet Coke is better and crispier than McDs.

I know fast food is usually hit or miss, today it was good

I’ve had a few bad experiences at this location over the years, but today was a Whopper! My son loves the chicken nuggets, so I gave it another shot. We only had one customer in line ahead of us. (We were dining in) After hearing her ask the gentleman behind the counter if so and so still worked there, he replied “no” and she was relieved as she was sexually harassed by him during her time working at BK. He explained “we have a whole new crew” and I was suddenly optimistic to see what the new talent could do. Our order at 4:51 consisted of a whopper, 10pc nuggets, two o-rings, two drinks. No special requests.

After 15 minutes I start to watch behind the counter. I begin to conclude they have lost our order, but I continue to wait. At 5:21, I tell a young lady that it has been 30 minutes. She looks behind her at another lady and things start to happen. 34 minutes in we get our food. Including 4 free chicken fries. Hell yeah.

While eating, the gentleman who took our order, and handed us lids, steps outside to throw 3 boxes of fries in a car. No biggie. Its cold out tonight, and I assume his chicken fries were getting chilly, because he “had it his way” and shoved them in his pants right up against his butt crack. No worries, I think he is on his own time. Sadly, he later returned inside and helped himself to making a medium fry and drink for the ride home. No hand wash. I couldn’t look at my zesty onion ring sauce the same, so I pitched half my meal. I was never big on the mask wearing days of covid, but dingleberry juice in the kitchen area is unacceptable. Do better.

I ordered a brisket whopper and a regular whopper, got two regular whoppers. Came back and told them. They made me two more regular whoppers, and told me one of them was a brisket whopper! Seriously, you wasted half an hour, and I still didn’t get what I paid for!!

Edit: I called, and apparently the 1/16” layer of literal beef shreds under the cheese is the brisket. So just don’t order it, it’s a scam.

Normally have had no problems at this location. I don’t go often maybe twice a month. Lately though the service has been getting slower and slower and worse. Today I went through the drive-thru, the person in front of me sat at speaker box for a couple minutes after I got there and drove off. I waited 5 minutes myself and no one ever came on the speaker box to take my order so I also drove off. There were multiple cars in the drive-thru, it’s a two-lane drive-thru. No one got their order taken in the time I sat there

I’m doing doordash for a customer and I’ve been waiting for over half an hour! That’s pretty crazy in my opinion especially on the customer aswell. I just find it hard to believe how they’re capable of being able to do drive through orders and give somebody else their order before me. I came in before another guy for doordash and he waited for about like 5 mins and me in the other hand i’ve been waiting for over half an hour.

Went there today stood at the counter for over five minutes, waiting for somebody to acknowledge that I was there. Then I waited 20 minutes for my food and when I went up to the counter to ask about it, it had been sitting there in a bag so needless to say our food was cold when we got it. Service was very bad only three people working Only one of them acted friendly. Will not go back to That Burger King again. Never have any problems at the one on West Chestnut.

Terrible customer service. Routinely takes a long time to get the order here.
But one women taking orders on drive through named Jess was very rude in particular and flat out refused to accommodate our request to change buns to the ones without seeds. But more than flat out non accommodating, her tone of voice and approach was very rude.
We were made to wait for our order of impossible whoppers for 40 minutes. We were told to park on the side and once it is ready we will be given our order. After total 40 minutes of wait when my wife went in to speak to the manager the manager Earl said he is tired and he is doing his best and that he does not care if we cancel the order. Again we met a rude and unprofessional person. Paying customers treated like this.

I ordered a burger and they gave me burnt-ger. The lady today was extremely looked unhappy. No idea what happened with her but I did not come there to take that attitude. Extremely DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered a whopper meal and have them take two items off (onions and mayo) and add heavy pickles. They said they had to charge $0.15 for heavy pickles, but would not give me a credit for taking condiments off, the onions and mayonnaise. The general manager, Andre had zero Customer Service skills and I canceled my order even though I’m a frequent customer. I am a frequent customer at this location and Burger King‘s all over the US as I travel for work and I’ve never had this poor experience.

Literally The only car in line.. two people working and it was 20 minutes in the drive-through to get COLD fries in a box HALF FULL!! Two AWFUL chicken wraps.. how hard is it!! The only thing even warm in the bag was our toddlers hamburger! This place is GARBAGE. We’ve had it with fast food anyways. Our time and money are valuable.. maybe not to BK corporate but it is to us!
