My first time experience was absolutely wonderful! Twin Panda is a small restaurant that is cozy & has a light atmosphere. Our hostess & server was very sweet. I chose #22 on the menu as I cannot pronounce the name properly. It was so warm, creamy & the perfect balance of wholesome! I have never had a dish made with an egg gravy before & this was by far my favorite Indonesian bowl. I was very pleased with the slightly sweet creamy cheese puffs & the warm rich dumplings as appetizers. I highly recommend stopping by.

The people here work hard. Expect slow service there is only one person waiting the tables and the front! The food was okay. I thought the rice tasted a bit old and the chicken was salty. I really liked the pork eggroll though.

Always pick up orders since I work around the corner from here. I’ve eaten here about six times and gotten different things and they all tasted good. I would say the only the only reason I gave it four stars because the last time I ate there I found a piece of the packaging plastic and a piece of melted hair in my food, which turned my stomach. I’m sure this is not the norm but just want to be honest. Food and service is great otherwise.

When you are in Austin, please please come here if you are craving for Indonesian food. We came here twice in our 5 days visit here. We love ❤️ their Nasi Padang, chicken noodle ( Bakmi Ayam), Nasi Goreng , Sop Buntut ( Oxtail soup) , Ayam Kalasan ( Marinated Chicken) . They really nailed their spices, so delicious and tasted like food back home. We are so happy that we came here and leave with our tummy stuffed and happy.

We have been customers since the beginning of their establishment and hands down the most incredible food such as their fried rice, cheese puffs, and gyoza. Good spot for Chinese fusion. Did a take out order and the food was good, including the quantity. Staffs were very friendly and helpful! The place is small but nice – lot of Chinese/Indonesian decor stuffs are placed around which are nice to see.
There are vegetarian options but if you are a strict vegetarian do make sure your food has nothing else when you get it (just as a precaution)
Oh and they do have baby high chairs for toddlers.
The seating area for dining in felt a little dim light (not sure if it was my eyes though!)
There is enough parking as it’s located within a plaza.
