This is the first time I’ve ever been to this location and I am not disappointed. First of all all of the food was really fresh and not just slapped together. And the evening manager was very nice. This location has a play place that was clean and fun. I will be going back.

I ordered a happy meal and a McChicken. Simple order. Apples in the happy meal were rotten, food was all cold and gross by the time we got it. Two different employees were also rude and tried to charge me a dollar for a sweet and sour sauce.

50 negative stars !! I waited patiently for 25 minutes at the window. There was a line behind me wrapped around the building.. I finally tapped lightly on the window and said i would be willing to accept anything else a small young blonde female was so rude. Been coming here since the 60’s and never was treated so poorly. Tons of negative responses, doesn’t management care ?? NEVER EVER COME HERE AGAIN !! She should be fired !

The most terrible McDonald’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to no matter the time or day. They can make you sit there for well over 5 minutes just trying to order your food with nothing but silence to keep you company !!! Then when you finally order you’re made to wait in queue as long as 15+ minutes all the time even for a measly 2 burgers !!!!??? I understand that it’s busy but when I see no other cars and none behind me then what is the issue because that is the most ridiculous thing I can witness. Only to turn my head and see employees talking, laughing and during one occasion dancing across the darn floor !! Excuse me sir ma’am but this location needs to be razed down for the sheer incompetence I had to experience and the utter nonsense I’ve had to see and hear.

I went to recieve my online order after a very long day of work. Only to be told they were only accepting mobile and delivery. Perfect, thats what I had. They asked for the name on the order and I told them and then they said they couldn’t find it. Told them the code without them asking and they obviously had it. Woman at the speaker was rude. Told me a 10 minute wait. I only had nuggets and fries. I know nuggets and fries dont take 10 minutes to cook. Maximum 4 minutes, Id like to bet.
I told them I wasn’t going to be able to wait so I left but upon checking how to get a refund, I read that I had to return to the store. Instead, I called and they took almost 5 minutes to pick up the phone.
Would not recommend this location. Absolutely horrible.

Went to get a quick sandwich waited 15 minutes in the drive thru without it moving went inside to see what was up and ended up waiting another 10 minutes in there. Horribly slow. Open the second drive thru that you have. If it’s broken fix it don’t be so cheap as to ruin your customers experience.

Perfect stop at this McDonalds location. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Staff was pumping out orders through the drive-thru and our order was up super quick! Kyle also got to play for a bit with some nice kids at the playplace. Love the Christmas decorations and artwork. Food was on point, all in all perfect score.

Wife and I Work as a bartender in the area. Claims to be 24 hours. Order on the app and just get ghosted at the drive thru. See people in there but nobody answers the phone, the window, or the drive thru. Must be nice to just clock in and hide from everyone. Worst McDonald’s ever.

This is literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. This is the whole store if so filthy and dirty. Pop machine has mold all over it, with Nats. The floors are definitely not clean nor is the play place. Tables were sticky and so was the floors. And the service was bad. I didn’t get my order right, like always at this location. And the guy getting my fries didn’t have gloves on and he was touching them with his hands. And the girl at the window was cussing up a storm.
I will never bring my family here ever again.
