I ordered 10 wings and a small meat lovers pizza for starters the wings were good 10/10 but that $15.50 SMALL “meat lovers” pizza eeyuck. It was cold and tasteless. Idk when pepperoni and sausage pizza became “meat lovers” but i guess that’s how they do it the meat was like mini meatballs and they weren’t even cooked onto the pizza maybe I’ll try again but idk i don’t like getting robbed and lied to in 2026 please do better with the pizza.

I’m not a review person because I would rather rectify the situation. Today I ordered at 12:30 ish my doors came about a hour later. That’s not the problem the problem was the hard stuff pizza that looked like day old pizza, the wings were cold the sauce was stiff, the fires were hard and they sent me chicken tenders when I asked for Buffalo Shrimp. I’ve been eating here for over a decade and never had cold food from City View. I called the Manager a Man got on the phone and was rude I’m not sure what type of day he’s having but he was rude and I had him on speaker. My husband heard how he was talking to me asked him to fix his tone and he got worse. Talking about well what you get on the phone for. What you want me to do refund or replace it but he was RUDE! That was uncalled for he kept blaming the cold food on the weather. How when it goes in a warmer bag? He literally said the pizza is stiff from the cold out side. Like I didn’t have a pizza last week and it was colder. What is going on here!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt it necessary tonight. I just had a delivery at 8:46pm, ordered at 8:30pm. Fast and reliable that’s why I choose you guys above anyone else. But when I opened the pizza boxes, on both pizzas, they were slanted to the side cheese, almost completely in the box. You guys are my go to pizza place. And though I know it was close to closing time, I find this highly unacceptable and disappointing. No one could enjoy pizza tonight!

Ordered a pizza and cheesesteak to feed my kids. Was told it would be a hour for delivery. After a hour and a half I called and asked if my order has left yet. The response was oh we canceled your order it’s too far. Mind you I live 1.2 miles from Cityview and order at least 4/5 times a month with out an issue. They was never going to call if I didn’t call if I didn’t. Won’t be spending my money with them ever again

I typically order from here for my daughter. They know me very well and everything is typically respectful and fast, but tonight the big Italian looking guy who answers the phones disrespected me so bad it was unbelievable and shocking. I simply took a breath after I was told there were no more deliveries at 7 pm and was hung up on by this gentleman who I see all the time. I called back and he acted like he had no clue who I was. I have no choice unfortunately to order from them this time but I absolutely will not be back. They just lost a 4 year long customer.

Today, I ordered 3 pizza for a co-workers going away party. All three boxes of pizza arrived with the pizza itself crushed into the side of the box. When we called to complain, the person answering the phone offered to send out three new boxes of pizza in exchanged for the ones we had. However, we declined due to the 45 minutes it took for these three to arrive. We were then offered 30% off of our next order. Since we always order three pies as the minimum, that would only mean 10% off of each pie, which isn’t enough. Even though this is pretty much the best pizza in Philadelphia, 50% off the next order would have been greatly appreciated for the time and the condition these arrived in.
With all of that said I plan to still order from here and just hope for the best.
