I ordered fettuccine Alfredo and I got fettuccine. And no Alfredo sauce. I picked it up curbside and I gave two stars because I know somebody’s hands made it And I also had to go through the AI prompts which did not offer fettuccine with no protein. It’s very aggravating. Not please at all!

The people are very nice and upbeat. The atmosphere is upbeat with good music and and a very tasteful scenery!!! I’m a SUCKER for a scene so TRUST when I say it’s nice. Not your ordinary scenery and set up but it’s nice. Lighting is great and peaceful and its just overall a very peaceful atmosphere and it smells AMAZING every time I come here it SMELLS AMAZING, the food TASTE AMAZING and it’s always hot and fresh and, the environment FEELS AMAZING!!! 10/10 Would recommend!!!

Me and my family had diner here and the service was great. Our waitress was so sweet. However I didn’t enjoy the food whatsoever. The kids mac and cheese tasted fresh out the box and wasn’t stirred all the way. My son eats everything and he was spitting it out. My husband didn’t like his food either said it was watery. I didn’t enjoy mine either. I probably will never eat here again.

Haven’t been to an Applebees since college when I lived near one. However, stopped in during lunch to give the new O.M. Burger a try and oh my gosh was it delicious! It’s a good deal too plus everyone there was super nice & helpful. Sure hope they decide to keep it on the menu full time!

Food = broccoli brown in the middle, fries tasted old, brought out wrong food but didn’t bother correcting because we didn’t want to wait another hour.
The actual waitress was nice when she was around.

Sadly, I am an excellent tipper. I have been stopping at this locatio a 2-3 times A month , for lunch usually by Myself. I order an entrée and always a marg. So today I go in and before I even get sat down I told the wait person that I wanted a regular margarita on the rocks. Then another person came by to give me some flatware and a napkin. Then Another person came to take my order. Which is a very simple order. I always order the chicken protein bowl. So I sit there for another 15 minutes, kind of wondering where the margarita is cause there’s only like six other people in the restaurant So I’m finally looking at the bartender then looking at my wait person like hello…. And I hear the wait person ask the bartender where is my margarita and he’s like oh I didn’t see it…stopped to do something else… I mean, I was one table from the bar and I’m sitting there. How could he not see me? As they definitely were not busy because this was at 2:30 in the afternoon. There were maybe five other patrons. So I got up and left told them to just forget it. I mean, I just stopped there sometimes because it’s convenient. Not because it’s really good. It’s not necessarily clean. So I’m not gonna waste my time again

10 cars in parking lot. Husband and I went in. Place was 2/3s empty… took 30 mins to get an appetizer. Asked about it and was told “Well I have a 6 top”… then began playing a game with whoever was in the both across from us… after another 10 mins after she disappeared in the kitchen, the app came out, which had obviously been sitting under the heat lamps… and then 5 mins later my plate came out but we waited another 10 for my husband’s food. The “6 top” had a screaming baby that the manager just poked fun at and made it worse.

Asia was amazing!
I can’t say enough good things about her service and personality. Even though she mentioned she was short on staff, she went above and beyond to take care of our large party. The food came out timely and exactly as ordered, and she made sure our drinks were always full. Truly excellent service—keep up the great work Asia!

Arrived as soon as they opened on Mother’s day today! We were greeted with smiles and promptly seated and our server ” Asia”! She is Great! We had the Riblett platter with Garlic Parmesan boneless chicken wings! It was all Ft Guy 5 star rated! If Your in Aiken on whiskey Rd. Stop by and enjoy the food, nice atmosphere, and staff! Ask for “Asia” as Your server!
