Went through drive through so who cares about atmosphere. I got sausage biscuit, sausage McMuffin and large coffee at 6:15 am. The biscuit tasted like it was from the day before and once I tasted the coffee a mile away it was lukewarm. Not much expectation from McDonalds. But this one was below the already low bar.

Update.. had a mobile order for a mcgriddle value meal with a large frappe.

The frappe machine was down again. Asked if I wanted a refund. Said yes. I still dont see anything pending in my bank.

After 2 weeks I received a message stating that they will refund me. But I will need to go back to that location and go inside so they can refund the order from 2 weeks ago.

Something I cannot do currently due to lifting restrictions and having a baby with me. I can go through the drive through but that is not an option. . The purpose with a mobile order that my daughter picked up and Mc D’s delivery is because I can’t utilize anything else currently. So, it was put on me to help fix their error. After. 2. Weeks.

Therefore, you can assume I will not be getting a refund, at least not until physical therapy is over and I am cleared after a few months. 2 weeks now turns into several months for a refund.

Nothing worse then ordering a sandwich with no pickles because you hate pickles then as your eating it you get a mouthful of pickles taste because they literally took a pre-made sandwich and just pulled the pickles off. The juices are still soaked into the bread and breading…… made me waste a whole sandwich and ruined my meal..

Over time, I’ve seen this location fluctuate between horrible service and screwed up orders to mediocre business in all. Today…I decided it’s time to leave a review. My husband and I chose McDonald’s because Taco Bell wasn’t serving coffee. Ordered our food, paid almost $40 for what we got. The selling point for me was the steak bagel. We were wanting something quick but delicious. Upon grabbing BOTH bagels out of the bag, I noticed immediately that the sauce was oozing out of each sandwich onto the wrappers, to the point that all I could smell was the sauce. Opened them up, both sandwiches had about a half a cup of sauce EACH. It was sloppy, didn’t look appetizing at all, and was not worth the money we paid for such careless service!! If you want quality for your money, go elsewhere for sure!

Ordered ahead on the app because we only have a half hour lunch. Went inside, was told someone must have picked it up. Are the order numbers not checked before food leaves the restaurant? Waited while they remade my order. Got back to work, no fries. Then got told to come back for them. No, don’t have the time. What’s the purpose of online ordering if it’s messed up and you still have to wait for the order to be done?

Every time I give this place a chance they screw it up. I ordered a Mc rib. I love McRibs ordered extra pickle and onion got the extra pickle and onion but the only sauce on my rib was a little bit on the bun. The worst McRib I ever had in my life and so now I don’t like them thanks a lot McDonald’s in Plymouth.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! This place is a joke 6 times it took these idiots to get my order right 2 double cheeseburgers and a large fry.. first time they give me 2 mcribs. Second they give me two double hamburgers (no cheese) third time same thing (no cheese) 4th time they tell me I should see that there busy and can’t do there job right and I should understand that this crew is incapable of doing their job because it’s busy.. by the way it wasn’t very busy.. still I get home burgers are burnt to a Crisp no straw frya are cardboard.. comeon if this crew is to incompetent to work In a fast paced food restaurant y’all should find new workers.. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! MANY OTHER FAST PACED FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS AROUND THAT CAN ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB AND NOT MAKE YOU THE BAD GUY WHEN THEY MESS UP 6 DIFFERENT TIMES..

I got nothing I ordered the girl was rude and clearly messed up my entire order for my kids I waited and they left me waiting since alittle before 4 till 5:17 before even starting my online order I waited there over an hour to get nothing I ordered if I could give no stars I would worst place I’ve ever gotten food from and I will be in contact with better business today bbb will see all the pics and videos of this ridiculous stuff look at the times mind u I was there when I put the order in and was told if I didnt like waiting over an hour for nothing I ordered I could leave and wasn’t being refunded this place is a mess waiting to happen

Their bathrooms are atrocious! There’s a giant puddle being ignored in front of the drink and ice station. 3/4 employees didn’t have a mask on- the one who did was cooking and wearing it improperly (under his nose)

It took them 40 MINUTES to prepare our order, that we get in 10 or less at any other McDonald’s. The worst part was my sons quarter pounder was still frozen

Due to their absurd sign about not photographing and recording I have blacked out the ladies face, but she in fact did not have her mask on.
