Please do not eat here. I made the mistake and did not read the reviews as I was just ordering from the app. Not to mention, this is a pretty good community and I have never had any complaints. However, I ordered 3 pizzas and one cinnamon bites. My order said quality check at 9:40 pm and my food didn’t arrive until 10:40pm. The food was extremely cold and hard!!! Cinnamon sticks were hard and cheese was not melted AT ALL! I called the store immediately and after 18 mins of waiting on hold, the driver answered the phone and when I expressed my concerns respectfully, he became irritated and aggressive. Therefore, I asked to speak with the manager. This must’ve made him even more upset because I had to ask for the manager 8 times before he placed him on the phone. The manager wanted the driver to come pick up the cold pizzas FIRST and only then was he going to make fresh pizzas..a joke! PLEASE AVOID THE LOCATION. I HOPE THEY SHUT DOWN. This area is too nice to receive such horrible service!

I ordered a pizza online for delivery. The store was just around the corner from our hotel. The pizza showed it was ready 1 full hour prior to it even being sent out for delivery. Upon arriving at our room the box was hot but the pizza was burnt around crust, top was rubbery and bottom crust was cold. I attempted to call back and stayed on hold another 20 mins which no one ever answered. $30 wasted. Still no resolution. It’s completely sad how bad service has become in the US. Companies just don’t care and employees are intitled. Dominos you failed and the only one it effects is my family. You get a zero star but one star was what it made me pick.

On 4/11 I called the store to place an order for my staff. I provided my cell number because I know when they call the line it goes to the call center so I provided my cell number. I received a text message saying Azure was pulling up. After waiting for a call for 10 minutes because I was told the driver would call, I called the store and Adam said the driver hadn’t arrive and would be calling. I tried then to explain to him the situation and he said that driver would call. 20 minutes go by, no pizza, a team member was down in the lobby and saw pizza sitting on the desk. No driver in sight. I called the store and asked for the manager and explained to him what happened and he said that they couldn’t reach me they had to press all these other numbers, I said that’s why I provided my cell. He said that I didn’t, argued with me about where and who I placed the order with, but I had received a text message. I asked how could we rectify the situation and he said there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak with his boss and he told me that I can call 1- 800 dominoes and disconnected. I called back and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Then the driver answered the phone and informed me that she had delivered the pizza and wanted to know what was my issue. I informed her and she stated the same thing. I told her that I had provided my cell. She proceeded to argue with me and I told her I was Argue with her I want to know her bosses name and she provided me with Adam’s name. Then she hung up the phone. I called back and was on hold again for over 30 minutes. During that time I had also proceeded to call the corporate office from my cell phone and placed a formal complaint.

Half of both of the pizzas were not cut. Took close to two hours for delivery. Pizza was cold no telling how long it was siting out. Twice now I’ve tried to get New York Style and both times it’s been wrong.
Edit I’ve called the store to try to figure it out before posting this and I’ve been on hold for 27 mins before I hung up

Moses is the Manager as of 6/5/24
He is completely incompetent with dealing with customers.
I understand being busy and mistakes are made, last 2 times orders I made, not ready, 2 nd order , did not recognize , pineapple on my pizza
In both instances Moses was apparently angry or annoyed that I asked what happened.
He asked that I bring the pizza back to the store?? Really ??? Ridiculous
This man is completely Clueless when it comes to communication
I like the product here, but Staffing and Service not worth the trouble

I canceled my order. The man that was preparing the pizza walked out side gave a person their order touched the door then did something on the computer and started back making pizzas with out washing his hands. Ooommmggg I was like I can’t believe what I’m seeing but one the other hand a lot of things don’t surprise me anymore. It takes 30 seconds to wash your hands. I can’t type what I really want to say. (Use your imagination) oh they tried to make me take my order talking about it’s almost out the over. If you don’t give me my money back…. They were so rude. It’s one thing to be nasty but it’s another to be nasty and rude worst of the worst I usually don’t take time to leave reviews but they deserved this one. Please read below….

AVOID GOING THERE. Do not ignore the bad ratings,,, it is indeed a really horrible pizza center. I had ordered Pizza without Mushrooms and tomato ,,, I had asked to add Jalepeno and Pineapple but they didn’t customise my pizza n gave Pizza with Mushrooms and tomato.

Was in town today from Alabama and thought I’d get some pizza for the road. I ordered 1 large Philly steak pizza without mushrooms, one large buffalo chicken pizza, and A double order of parmesan bites. When we got down the road I discovered that the Philly pizza had mushrooms on it. I can’t eat mushrooms and I was too far away to go back. I feel like it was a simple request to not put the mushrooms on the pizza. So I got stuck with a large Philly pizza that went in the trash. The man working was awesome when we ordered and I even gave him a tip. So now I feel like I tipped him to mess up my order. Spent $55 and some change for half of it to go to waste. Sad.

Never Order for this place # 100 Hammond Dr Suite 200 Ste 200, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. They are very un hygieninc and not prepared pizza properly.Infact they baked my second pizza with PEPPERONI while we ordered only Veg.(it’s 2 medium with 2 topping deal).While they making, could not guess they are adding 3 toppings in one of them even.
I couldn’t take PEPPERONI pizza pic here becuase I had to rush back to get the freash one asap.Very unproffesional behaviour.
