This location is the best on the West side of the Lake in my opinion. Always correct, fresh, fast, affordable, and a variety of different menu items. Special requests are not a problem. I drive an extra 20 minutes just to come to this location. Thanks for the great service! Keep it up!!!!

We stopped going to the one in Versailles. Hot dog buns are usually hard. Thought I would try it again tonight. Chili coni had just a small smear of chili and hot dog was cold, not cooked. ,Guess we will skip it again. Fries were good for a change, not old and hard. Have not had these issues at Laurie one. Too many kids and no real supervision

That Supersonic double bacon cheeseburger I had there would have been pretty good, had both patties been on it. It was just a single. I didn’t tell them at the store and I don’t ever send food back because I’ve heard too many bad stories about doing such at a fast food joint. Just learn to count all the way to 2. It depends on the day, several times we have been and our order has been great, food hot & drinks correct. Other times we have been same time different day and our order is incorrect or food is cold, fries are gross and drinks are incorrect. I asked if they vould remake our fries and I am almost certain she handed me back the same fries….

Ordered the American hotdog. The hotdog was cold and the bun was hard. Took it back three the drive threw. They gave me the same hotdog back but on a new bun. Still cold. Yuck! Gall at the drive threw thought it was kinda funny.

The drive thru was a nightmare. The sound system for ordering is terrible. The person taking our order could barely understand us, as well as the vehicle in front of us. Next to impossible to get our order in correctly.

Always have problems here the inside absolutely stinks. They are not keeping anything clean just complained about their drinks and they looked at me like I was stupid and their drinks are incorrect and very watery. Most of the staff is just very disrespectful and not doing their jobs this place used to be pretty decent and has gone downhill very quickly as of recently if someone tells you that your Coke is watery needs to be refilled. You should get them a new drink that is just plain and simple when you’re paying that much for a drink.

Food was mashed, I got a master shake and it was forgotten originally had to remind them I got it, and once brought out to me was completely melted. The food did not taste good and my customizations of removing things was not followed. It wasn’t even busy there so I don’t understand how that happens
