We ordered the full-sized Peking duck, which was absolutely fantastic. It came with scallions, cucumber, pineapple, white sugar, and their special house sauce, along with 20 pancakes for wrapping the duck—more than enough to enjoy every bite.
We also tried several vegetarian dishes, including shredded cabbage (手撕包菜), fried pumpkin, and baby bok choy (娃娃菜). Every dish was incredibly flavorful and well-prepared.
A special shout-out to the complimentary pickled cabbage—it was delicious and such a thoughtful touch.
Overall, everything was excellent, from the food to the efficiency of the service. We loved every dish and would definitely come back again.
My only slight concern is the size of the menu, it’s huge, and a little confusing to navigate on their tablets; it took my friends and around 10 minutes to decide what we wanted. So that was a little overwhelming, but I can’t complain too much about having a large selection 🙂 Also, I’m not fully sure they allow you to split the check so just keep that in mind.
Overall I highly recommend, this is really a gem of a restaurant!
The bartender was incredible, and you could tell he took real pride in his craft cocktails—he even came over to our table to make sure everything was perfect. The entire staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure we had an amazing experience.
Choosing from the menu was tough because everything looked so good. We ended up ordering the soup dumplings, bacon claypot rice, sweet and sour pork (perfectly breaded), green beans (my personal favorite—and my husband even ate them, which is rare!), and the kung pao chicken, which was absolutely to die for.
The lychee martini was fantastic, and the old fashioned was one of the best we had during our entire trip.
I would fly back to NYC just to eat here again. Absolutely phenomenal.
We came during lunch time and the place wasn’t too busy. The interior was nice and they had iPads for ordering which was convenient. The service on the other hand needs work. We ordered multiple dishes and the food was dropped off at the table, besides that no staff checked in on us afterwards.
The food was ok, the duck wasn’t the highlight of the dishes we had, but the tofu and the shrimp was pretty good. The cauliflower was also nicely made.
The menu here is very extensive and everything looked really good. We’re definitely coming back in the future to try more things.
The grilled fish was the highlight — super flavorful, perfectly spicy, and full of aroma. The broth was rich without being overwhelming, and the fish was tender and soaked up all the seasoning. Every bite was delicious.
The stir-fried cabbage was surprisingly good too.
fresh, crunchy, and full of wok aroma. The spring rolls were crispy on the outside and packed with juicy, savory filling.
Great atmosphere, fast service, and consistently great dishes. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended.
