Old dry crusty premade(not fresh)tocos. So gross
I had a hard time with the counter machine placing order and I couldn’t do it from my app since I wanted to pay cash. The attitude was rude the staff tried to do my order right off and then when wanting to do own they disappeared and not around until order and I had a discrepancy for which I had done my order accurately thats why it took me a bit. They did not honor the reward that was supposed to be added and knew at the stage it had been in that the offer would no longer be listed in my app and since the ticket was only in a holding pattern and not fully submitted I didn’t have a way to bring it up in my history.
They seemed very secure in the fact that this must be a frequent occurrence and they deny the app users the perks of which we use the service.
