Where do i even begin ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This McDonald’s absolutely crushed it. We came in with a large order, fully expecting a wait, and somehow they had everything out crazy fast hot, fresh, and exactly right. The customer service was just as good: friendly, helpful, and on top of things the whole time. You could tell the staff actually cared about getting people their food quickly and with a good attitude. Smooth experience from start to finish. Easily a five-star stop and I’d 100% come back.

Why are you sending me a link to Uber/DoorDash I paid cash for this order that was placed in your location at the self check out and gave the ticket to the blue shirt manager…. Sending that link solidified everything I already knew… y’all are playing childish games for whatever reason…I’m only posting this for corporate… you have a clear issue at this location

Hit the drive through well after the lunch rush. Paying was quick. Pulled up to the “food window” and got my drink, then sat there about three minutes. Then they asked me to pull forward and wait there. About 10 minutes later, they gave me my food. No apologies for taking too long. They just said, “be careful. The fries are really hot.”. (Like they’re not usually hot, I guess.) It will be a long time before I go back there.

Although the food is okay, and the kid was nice, we ordered with the app to save time, and didn’t get what we ordered. We had to then go in and fix it, and still didn’t get it right. I added hash browns to my order and never got them.

I go to this McDonald’s to get breakfast several times a week. I rarely write a review, but the service at this restaurant is consistently bad; wait times are ridiculous, and more often than not, I’m asked to pull over. Today, I finally went in to get my food, again. When I finally got my breakfast, I was told that they were waiting on scrambled eggs. I could have come in and scrambled my eggs myself, and it would have been faster. Employees don’t seem to understand that it’s “fast” food, and stand around talking and looking at coffee that one of them spilled on the floor. Ridiculous! Clean it up or walk around it, but give me what I already paid for, and let me go!

Food is never ready and they get your meal wrong half the time. Go to another McDonald’s. Literally any other one in Fayetteville but this one. Unless you’ve got an extra 15 minutes to wait on your food and then it be missing things.

Five stars I give these people I come out of town and we’re staying at a hotel next to them. Their lobby was closed but their drive-through was open and I was walking and they allowed me to walk through the drive-through got me through so I didn’t get run over and got me my food and was awesome and just great about everything. Definitely recommend these people awesome at McDonald’s.
