This establishment is my preferred dining destination. I consistently order the same entree due to its unparalleled preparation of steak. Specifically, I recommend the 9oz filet, prepared medium-rare. I highly endorse their self-pour dragonfruit margaritas; they are exceptional. The staff consistently provides a welcoming atmosphere, and the manager routinely checks on patrons to ensure satisfaction with the service. The ambiance consistently creates a comfortable and serene dining experience. I extend my gratitude to the Longhorn Steakhouse staff for their consistent ability to enhance my day.

One of my favorite chain restaurants. The food is always outstanding and the service is top notch! My friends steak was under cooked. The waitress brought it back to the kitchen. When it was cooked to the desired doneness, the manager brought it to him and waited to see if it was satisfactory. It was, and we both enjoyed a delicious meal

I had the cowboy pork chop, which was delicious but small for $15, and it onky came with one side. The baked potato was tough on the skin but the inside was perfect. My wife had a steak which was very flavorful and cooked perfectly. Her potato was better than mine, but overall the meal was delicious. $64 for two with tip.

Tried to celebrate a night out with my son. Got seated at the high tops in the bar. At first things started good, got our drinks and ordered.
After ten minutes our server returned to see if we wanted a second drink, my sons was empty mine was not so she just takes my drink away without finishing. Ok strike one
Our food finally arrives, after my first bite of my steak is well done, I asked for medium. I wait and wait and wait, finally my server returns to offer me a box and bill, not to see how our food was. In act she never checked on us at all since drinks. Strike two
Then When I explain that my steak wasn’t cooked properly she just states “I’ll see what I can do” and scampers off……what the hell does that mean,
She returns slaps the new bill down saying she took it off and left. Strike three
I was in the food service business for a long time, this was an insult and quite frankly a waste of my and my son’s time.
Your place was 1/3 full and this is the level of service you provide.
Too bad I have enjoyed long horns many times before, this might have been the last time I visit.

This is a high end restaurant chain but for the portion sizes it’s worth the price. I’m basing this review off tonight’s service. There is good and bad in any review a person makes, this place is no exception. There’s plenty of parking, it’s wheelchair accessible, kids will like this because there is even a kids menu. The menu depending on what you get is expensive but your portion sizes are worth it. They give you unlimited bread and butter at the start of your dinner. The bread is awesome, but you have to ask for extra butter because they don’t give a lot. The decor is lively and the booths are absolutely beautiful, it reminds me of five star restaurants who like appearance, the silverware is even shiny and sophisticated. They take a lot of pride in presentation. They have two tvs in the bar. Plenty of booths, tables and space in the restaurant as well as plenty of space in the bar. They accept debit/credit and cash.
I had a beer, side salad, side of rice, mashed potatoes and chop steak smothered in mushroom, onion and gravy. However my chop steak was red even though we asked for it to be well, the cook still cooked it medium-medium well. The situation was taken care of but yuck. After they cooked it again, it was absolutely delicious. My husband had a full rack of ribs, loaded baked potato and a side of fries. He generally dosent like baked potatoes but he really enjoyed this one. The ribs were awesome and very meaty. We didnt order dessert but the choices looked pretty yummy. Our waitress was Shyann. She was a pleasure. She was very attentive, professional, was quick to have the steak re-cooked, and our soda was never empty. Dirty dishes never sat there for long. She was good with detail, memory and had a good attitude. I hope whoever reads this let’s her know she did a great job.

There were 4 of us. Nathan was good but we Waited too long to get water. Put our order in after beverages were served. Took an hour to get food. All meals arrived cold. Butter did not melt on potato. Steak Tips were not the usual. They were flat and oddly shaped. I ordered medium. Some were medium some medium rare some were well done. Odd experience. We won’t be back any time soon.

This was the best experience my husband and I have had at any chain restaurant ever! We’ve tried all the others around and have had some not so good experiences, idk why it took us so long to try this place but I’m pleasantly surprised and glad we did!
The food was amazing and came out so fast compared to other places that it was almost hard to believe! I hadn’t even finished my appetizer yet and our main dishes were being served! The selection of veggies was by far my favorite part, I got the brussels sprouts and the asparagus and they were both delicious. I also tried the strawberry margarita and got the ‘long pour’ which comes with a shaker and I got 3 whole glasses out of it so you definitely get your moneys worth! I would recommend this place to anyone and it’s definitely worth trying if you’re on the fence about it like we were! This will be our new go to place for sure, can’t wait for the next visit.

Terrible experience last evening. No warm fresh bread, no brussel sprouts, bartender was backed up with drinks and took awhile to get drinks, ordered 6oz filet medium and came out rare, waitress didn’t come back for awhile to check on our table and when she did most every on at our table was almost finished eating. Sent the filet back to cook properly and that took awhile. We decided that i would pay the bar bill and the other couple were going to pay the meal which was understood when we ordered. The waitress mixed up our credit cards and charged me for the meal and the others for the bar bill. The receipts were also mixed up. The whole evening out at Longhorns was a bad experience and the restaurant was not very busy on a Wednesday evening at 5 pm. Not sure if I will ever go back. It started off bad and ended up worse. How can someone mixed up patrons credit cards?

The food was delicious! My steak was well done but still nice and tender. The staff was absolutely lovely and the drinks were strong, but not too strong. The atmosphere of this restaurant was amazingly calm. The lighting wasnt too much, but also not to dim. The seating capacity is great, the parking lot was full and there was plenty of seating inside! Would definitely go back.
