Only order two items. Received kids meal had NO toys included. Kid was mad. Ordered the large Latte without ice and less sugar. Received half cup of latte and double sweet. Can McDonalds train your employees?

None of the menu screens were working so I had to order from memory, not that I go to McDonald’s often at all. And I had no way of verifying what I ordered was correct. So as a result my order was not correct at all when I received it.

The woman working the drive thru right now at 10:45pm on 12/09/2025 treated me like I was bothering her by giving this store business. Does she not understand how paychecks work? Does this McDonald’s not want business? Rude as ever and I did nothing but pick up my order at the window. Shameful that this store allows this type of behavior.
I, for one, respect the hell out of service workers and the only thing I’m guilty of is picking this store. I didn’t say a word back to her with her horrendous attitude. Just took my food. Unfortunately, she doesn’t have any respect for the people supplying her paycheck.

They took 2 fries and put in large fry. I know cause i used to work at McDonald’s and know the fries look the way they did when you do this. All fries cold. 15min in drive thru. No straw, no receipt. Young Girl at window has Major attitude all the time. How yall gonna have bad attitude when your serving low quality food. Uses to be best in Columbus but these kids working there don’t give a you know what. This one will shutdown soon is regional representatives don’t get there.

This restaurant is under staffed. I waited 10 minutes in line just to place my order. The food was good but the long wait shows that this restaurant doesn’t provide “fast food.” The staff is friendly but the management is failing to take care of their patrons needs.

Placed an online order on the app. It was after 1030p, so curbside was unavailable. You’re required to enter drive thru to give code.
I entered the second lane, which was empty at the time. I was told to wait to order as they were assisting a car in the other lane.
I sat for 18 minutes, and at the point there was no one there. The drive thru had cleared. I backed up and pulled forward to what I assume is a sensor. I was immediately told to order.
There should not be two lanes if there isn’t a way for employees to keep track of who is out there. Especially since this particular McDonald’s has painted the windows completely black and the employees cannot see the outside order kiosks.
The ease and convenience of ordering online is pointless when the efficiency is stripped away by wasted time.
I’m the first to say that it isn’t an easy job, and the pay should be higher. It’s hard to get others to agree with that if problems like these are abundant, however.

Every time we visit this location they get the order wrong. Just had to have them fix our order two times in one trip and it took over 30 minutes. Get this place together burgers and fries are NOT that complicated

An awesome retro style McDonald’s Classic restaurant! Drive-thru, walk-up and outdoor seating available. Staff was nice, friendly and efficient! Food was hot and very good! We ordered the Big Mac with fries and Chicken McNuggets with fries along with two large Coca-Cola’s. Order was correct when we received it in the drive-thru. A very good McDonald’s if you’re on the go or in a hurry! Highly recommend for breakfast, lunch or dinner!

Worse McD ever. Yikes! Service, food, integrity all poor. Ordered happy meal for my kids. Kindly asked the person at window if the toys could just not be the same identical toy. He said there’s no way to tell which toy is inside the box. I told him it’ll state on the back side of box, then he said they’re not allowed to check on box. I just said ok, annoyed but not the end of the world. Clearly he was just a liar due to his responses. Received the food and nuggets were cold. No dipping sauces or ketchup either. No sauce for nuggets is a crime and deserves a bad review.
