We had a wonderful experience while dining in the bar with our adult daughter.
The drinks were very flavorful, though my wife’s guava margarita was a bit less curated than the drinks my daughter and I had. Probably more of a personal taste than anything. Highly suggest the holiday drinks for something different ( gingerbread smoked old fashioned for the win!).
Food was delicious and mostly perfectly prepared. Burgers were cooked exactly as we requested and you can’t beat salt and vinegar French fries. The Brussels sprouts were delicious, though a wee heavy on the honey. We had the butter cake which had wonderful flavor. The toppings complimented it perfectly, but the cake itself was a touch dry. Still, tasty, and would probably get again.
Service was top notch and had perfect pacing. Drinks were always full, conversation was pleasant but not too much, and the whole location was very clean.
We will definitely be back!

Fabulous spinach and artichoke appetizer was a great start to our meal. And if you order it during happy hour it’s half price … go for it! Easily shared as well.
My wife and I both ordered the smash burger which consisted of two patties totalling half a pound, Although we’re not typically so carnivorous we did very much enjoy the burgers. The only drawback is that we were very thirsty afterwards. They could, perhaps, lighten up on the sodium a bit.
The surprise hit of the meal was a side of perfectly grilled and seasoned asparagus. Kudos to the chef on doing such a good job on this challenging grill.
The service was nice and the outdoor patio was perfect.

I had a very nice experience at Hand Cut. We went out with some friends and had a great evening with fantastic food and drinks. We ordered the Spinach Artichoke Dip as an appetizer (which was not my favorite, but still good), and for entrees, we got the Cesar Steak and the Smash Burger. In my opinion, given the creativity, I thought the steak was one of the better dishes I’ve had recently. It was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and had a delicious flavor in the sauce. My wife enjoyed the burger as well. It had flavorful toppings and seasoning on top, which made for a great-tasting sandwich.
I thought the service was a little lackluster. We were seated immediately and greeted, but there wasn’t really much after that. I felt like there could have been more opportunities for service to be provided.
It’s hard to compete in Fashion Square, but overall, I thought Hand-Cut was a solid experience and I’d definitely be back for the steak!

Hand Cut is a great place to grab dinner! Restaurant has a cool upscale atmosphere inside and the staff were friendly and prompt to being our food. The short rib was absolutely delicious as were the fries and sweet potato fries! It’s clear that they use high quality ingredients and you can taste the quality. Highly reccomend if you are in the area!

A good experience. Steaks and sides were good, but maybe a step below classic steakhouses. Menu had limited non-steak entrees. Prices were a little high relative to the value and quality of food. Ambiance was more casual than classic steakhouses. Definitely too loud in the restaurant – I had to shout across the table to be heard.

Thoroughly enjoyed this place. Rachael was absolutely lovely and a pleasure to have serve us. She was attentive, funny and easy on the eyes.

Came in for our NYE dinner! typically we go to Bourbon and Bones each year and decided to switch it up due to lack of reservations and us booking last minute — oops! lol. We were able to make our reservation the day of and from start to finish we were taken care of and happy thanks to our waiter, Cade. To start we had the truffle fries which were to die for!!! and I had their holiday peppermint espresso while my husband had a glass of whiskey. To drink with dinner I ordered a cocktail which was really good and to eat I ordered the Filet with truffle mash and 3 cheese mac, and my honey got the western bacon burger. The sides are a la cart so we shared and loved both. Cade made sure we had everything we needed at all times, as well as the other bartender on staff! Will definitely be making this our new go to steak house!

I had truffle steak frites and it was incredible! Perfectly cooked and the truffle sauce was so tasty. The beet salad was also delicious. My husband ordered one of the larger steaks medium rare and it came out well done. He sent it back and the cooked it a little under the second time but he just ate it at that point. The onion rings were a little too mushy on the inside for my liking.
