Come here all the time and yes sometimes the portions are small, but today had to be the worst day by far. Asked for the other steak they had and she made the bowl so fast she dumped the wrong meat into my bowl and then said well if you want the other one it will be double, rather then fixing her mistake and then proceeded to give me barely anything in the bowl.

Sad experience. I placed my order and gave the representative my order and in the middle of the order, the manager asked them to do something different which held up my order. In the meantime, the customer behind me was serviced by someone else and skipped around me. Once my order was ready, I had to wait for the person who ordered additional items. I thought the device was very rude and dismissive. In addition, the chicken looked dry as if it was sitting for a long time. Yeah, I will not return nor recommend this location. Basic customer service still impacts where people want to spend their money.

I bought a steak and chimichurri bowl 2 days ago, and the steak was completely raw, something that had never happened to me at this place before. I couldn’t eat any of the bowl.
Today I went back to ask for help with the order, but the experience was very bad. One employee refused to help me, saying that this is always the cooking point, which is not true since I eat this dish often.
On top of that, the treatment was unprofessional and rude, stating that they never make mistakes and that everything they do is perfect, leaving the customer as the one at fault.
Very disappointing experience. It feels like the customer always ends up being the one affected here.

I went in for queso, chips and a drink.
Chips were stale, queso was cold and curdy…
The place was empty and the staff was just there…the trash bins were full and the drink station was dirty, the tea smelled. $ 9.00 in the trash.

I’m not sure why this chipotle has such bad reviews. When I was in the hospital me and my family ate at this location(carry out of course) multiple times over 2 weeks. The orders were always consistent and delicious. I drive outta my way to go to this location if possible. Idk about dine in cuz we haven’t don’t dine in but carry out is fantastic

I saw a lot of negative reviews on this location but I’m glad that my experience was decent. I ordered a burrito on Sunday and it was pretty on point and the ladies were polite but they just seemed exhausted. The only complaint that I had was that the burrito was kinda cold but it was still very tasty.

I forgot to ask for lettuce because I was just in shock with how little all the proportions were. Guacamole wasn’t too bad, but corn, beans, salsa, cheese, beef, everything else was half or less than half scooped. Will NOT be coming back to this location.

The food is just ok. It looks better than it tastes. The customer service here is always lacking. The servers and cashiers never smile. They look like you are bothering them. The last time I was there the guy behind me copied my order and she gave him twice as much meat as me. I always get a stomachache after eating here, so I only go if there if I am pressed for time. It never works out because they are very slow. The place is small, crowded, and has a congested feel. The drink station always looks dirty.

Was the at 5pm on Wednesday November 5th and saw a young blonde girl who worked there making a burrito for another employee. He was very heavy-set tall Mexican guy. He had a Chipotle shirt on. She added to the burrito 4 spoons of rice, 5 heaping spoons of steak, 3 huge spoons of guacamole and 3 spoons of beans. She used 4 tortillas and even with that this burrito was so huge she couldn’t even roll it. She put it in one of those bowl containers. I was appalled when it came to our food she was being skimpy on our portions. I said, “You skimp on ours but loaded your friends burrito so full you couldn’t even roll it!” She rolled her eyes at me. And said, “Can I get you anything else?” very attitudish! These kids you all employ just don’t care and you wonder why your businesses go under!
