It seems the last several times I go get food there it’s always something, to food looking old and cold to the whole order messed up. Today we went there to get food for our whole family to watch the football game. When we brought it home, all the sandwiches had nothing but cheese meat or bread. 50 dollars worth of food. Like who orders Big Macs plain? Its like they are just doing it on purpose at this point. I tried to call up there but they just keep hanging up the phone. I didn’t want to go in person because I was so mad that I knew I would lose my temper at this point. People really need to stop going there. Its not worth the money anymore.

The doors were locked at 8:46PM when it should be 9:00pm and there was no sign on the door. I ordered 2 DLX McCRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICHES WITH THE MEAL AND THE FRIES ARE NOT FULL AS THEY CHARGED ME FOR. They told me to park on the side and after parking my car, the food arrived 9 minutes later according to my vehicle idle time which is not right and fries are not full.

Every time I order here in the evening it’s a wait. I’m fine with having to wait for fresh food cool no issue but when I’m sitting at the drive thru kiosk for 10 minutes to the wait another 10 minutes to get my food for it to be cold or wrong is absurd. This mcdicks is truly terrible

Dining room was closed and locked at 2pm?! So the Drive thru was very busy and didn’t get the attention to detail. My $10 QP meal was cold and I didn’t get any napkins. Worst part, the dining room was locked! So I couldn’t get inside to correct these problems!

Terrible. Always a long line, and though I have mobile orders — I get pulled around and have to wait 10-15 min. more for my food, every time, while other people get theirs. Food is usually cold, soggy or order is completely wrong when I do end up getting it. Not worth dealing with this location anymore.

My kids had a doctor’s appointment, so we stopped in here for a quick lunch before they returned to school. Ms. Suzette patiently and kindly took my kids orders and had a great attitude! The managers came out and took pictures with them and truly made my family feel very special and appreciated while we were here. Thank you for showing my family that there are kind and thoughtful people in the world❤️
