only come here bc it’s the closest one and has a drive through but as of late, service and quality has been TERRIBLE!! on multiple occasions ive paid for a bowl/whole sandwhich and received a cup/half sandwhich. i pay full price for a cup of mac n cheese just to not receive the full portion then they burn my bagel to a CRISPPPP. genuinely how do u serve somebody this.Always sold out of brownie or cinnamon crunch too no matter what time u come in. Never had a issue w this panera til around february idk if it’s new hires or what but they gotta go asap

I regret to have to write this review, however Panera Bread y’all know better than this. I ordered one of my favorite soups, French onion, Which I have ordered multiple times from this exact location. Today, I don’t know What y’all got going on but this is not how French onion soup looks. Y’all used shredded mozzarella and it’s not even melted. This is onion soup with mozzarella in it. I’m very disappointed in you please get it together back there.

Cinnamon Crunch Bagel was phenomenal. Hiiiiiiiiighly recommended! Ask for Honey Walnut Cream cheese spread as well too!
The Laurel location is wheelchair accessible. Great for kids, studying, & reading.
Management is professional, curtious and always polite. I Just downloaded the panera app too. Great rewards.

I order the pick two turkey sandwich and potato soup. It took the person in drive thru 2/3 times to get order correct. Took a long time to get. Get home the soup real loose wasn’t good. The sandwich had too much mayo. I won’t be back

I gave four starts because I frequent this location often and I’m usually content with my experience. Even when my order was wrong the manager corrected the issue with professionalism . Today, however; 2/3/2026, the female at the drive thru window in the morning had a nasty attitude, like for what? Did anyone tell her if she didn’t want to be there she could go home. Being like that while at the drive thru window is crazyyy. Hopefully someone can have a conversation with her because being greeted and talked to like she did is uncalled for.

I went in, ordered on the self serve machine and in 5 min I was out. Great food, extremely clean! Totally love their Philly cheesesteak sandwich.

The sandwiches lack ingredients, the bagel stacks currently on the menu have been disappointing each time I try one. It’s mostly bread and little to no other ingredients. It’s as flat as a bagel with cream cheese and no where near what the picture looks like. They didn’t even cut the bagel completely, it’s like they just stuffed it from one side. I hate to say it, the ladies that prepare the food do a poor job. The wrapping is always sloppy and the sandwiches disappointing. Very very very disappointed ☹️ look at what I got compared to what’s advertised

This Panera location is pretty good but I was shocked the morning of 2/15 when the coffee tasted pretty bad and I emptied the cup and coffee grounds were at the bottom. I will still visit this location because the food and service is good, just not the drive the thru.

Complete chit show of a restaurant. Place an order, and have to wait 30 mins for s sandwich, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy.
To top it off, I get home, open the wrap, and they got my order completely wrong. Asked for chicken ended up with ham.
