When we got there the waitresses were SITTING down at the Bar and a big Man who I think is the manager was also sitting on his PHONE. Mind you there were people already there eating. Food was good enough to eat but they have no spicy salsa and they refused to give us tacos with tortillas de Harina which is weird. $13.00 for a quesadilla with a LITTLE pinch of Al pastor. The Quesabirrias has like 3 strands of Birria meat. Every time we needed something they were on there phone so we had to keep saying
“excuse me” because they were sitting down on their phones at full blast and scrolling. Don’t forget the credit card fee

I stopped in at the Tiki Hut of Naples for lunch recently. I ordered a Cuban sandwich with fries and an Arnold Palmer. The service was very good. The bartender took my order and brought my my drink right away. She checked on me a few times during my lunch, which seemed appropriate (not too often, and not forgetting me). The food was delivered to my table by the cook, who was friendly. The sandwich was delicious. My ONLY reason for 4/5 stars: my drink was canned. Not what I was expecting and on a hot Florida afternoon a 16oz iced tea drink would have been nicer.
The decor was fun and I’ll come back for a live event, which I understand occurs nightly.

This restaurant is brand new. It’s very clean inside and out.
I only can attest to the chicken fajitas. They were very good.
The menu is not extensive, but the prices were good $10-14 for full meal. Not a lot of taco choices. Could be expanded. They serve beer and soda. They do deliver.

We were in Naples on vacation and wanted some authentic Mexican food, Tiki Hut did not disappoint!! The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Tiki Hut for an exceptional meal at very good prices.

Extremely unprofessional management/owner. I observed him having a shouting match in Spanish with a customer. I don’t know what they were saying, but it definitely got the gist that the customer was unhappy about what he had been charged because he kept waving his receipt and wallet in the air. The manager and staff did nothing to diffuse the situation, he was actually yelling louder than the customer! No way I’m coming back to this place, especially if they’re overcharging their customers. I can get better food and service at Garabaldi or Taqueria San Julian.

I didn’t go here I got pulled over by a cop leaving my house and happened to pull in here. But I’ve been here before once. Its an all Spanish bar. People seem to like it. It stays busy from what I’ve seen.
