every time i order from this location something is wrong. we just got our food delivered and there were no straws with our drinks, which is not abnormal for this location, there were none of the sauces that we ordered, and all of our food was cold. i’m not sure what the requirements are to work here but they need to be raised because it would be different if it was one or two times. but it is every single time. the people here are incompetent of reading an order and they need to replace all the workers. and the sweet tea is disgusting and taste very old

They are short staffed and it did take a little while, but the issue wasn’t that. Our group was fine visiting and waiting. It was the attitude, then my order was wrong and it took longer to get my drinks then the food. I definitely won’t be back here! Get a check on the attitude’s!!!! I do appreciate the manager on duty for the apologies, when we were walking out the door. This happened: 11/29/2025 around 7-8pm.

Slowest location, but only in the evening/night time. The food is honestly good, but the wait time is crazy! A lot of the workers be on FaceTime or on the phone.

Was there at the beginning of lunch. The cashier was rude and our order was wrong. Ordered two quarter pounders and they looked like they used the cheeseburger patties. They were flat and thin. Fries were over cooked. On top of that there was not a table one that was clean either sticky or greasy.

Got home after ordering from McDonald’s just to find out they put onions and pickles on my daughter’s cheeseburger. I specifically said and she even repeated it. Then they didn’t want to give me my BBQ and buffalo sauce for my son’s nuggets. Terrible place to get food. Plus do u see how small the meat is. It’s sad really.

This McDonald’s seems to be recent construction. Ordering is generally through kiosk or phone app, but there is inside seating. Everything was as expected.

The owners need to get this restaurant back in the game. GOT TO BE LOSING MONEY!!!!!! Frappe machine has been down for appx 3 months now!! This sucks! Easy in and easy out and CANNOT fulfill customers orders and NEEDS! WE NEEDS FRAPPE’S!!! GET WITH IT, OWNERS!!!!
