A really nice spot. Didn’t feel like i was in Gretna at all. The vibes on a Thursday was litt. Now our server was super sweet, but they move really slow. They definitely need more servers. The food options wasn’t much for that night. They had $1 wings (but can only order 6) fries was $5 and $2 oysters had run out by 8:00. Drinks were nice, wasn’t too juicy but also wasn’t strong.

We visited K Social after Mardi Gras around 10:00 PM expecting good food and a great atmosphere to close out the night. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing.
We ordered lamb chops through the bartender, Tee. After waiting nearly two hours, we discovered our food was never put in. Instead of taking accountability, she deflected responsibility and showed little concern for the inconvenience. After hours of drinking and celebrating, food isn’t optional — it’s necessary. The lack of urgency or empathy was alarming.
When we asked to speak with a manager, two different individuals approached us, both rude and completely unempathetic. There was no attempt to resolve the situation beyond offering a refund. No apology with sincerity. No effort to make it right. Just poor attitudes and dismissiveness.
Kindness and communication go a long way in hospitality. Mistakes happen — but accountability and customer care matter more.
The way this situation was handled speaks volumes about the establishment’s standards.
I truly hope management re-evaluates customer service practices, because no one should wait two hours for food that was never even ordered, only to be met with hostility when asking for answers. If I could give this establishment ZERO stars, I would, DO NOT attend expecting good service or kind people. Good luck!

Great Vibe…. But very unprepared for the crowd it advertised for today. They have stopped taking food orders because the kitchen is backed up… When people come to drink they also need to eat while drinking, if you advertise that you have food. I can understand them running out of Oysters but to stop serving food is unacceptable!!! It isn’t overly crowded in here either. I always try to support Black Owned Businesses but this is very disappointing!!!

Horrible Experience: I was physically assaulted while standing at the bar last night, this old couple came in and it was crowded by the bar where me and my spouse was standing at and this older man decided to go off on me and argue with a female just because we told him in a nice way that he was getting close. We’re from Miami and Dow there that has NEVER been a problem to let somebody know to move over in a respectful way! As I’m talking to my spouse the older guys lady who has to be in here 40’s is not getting close to me and trying to fight me and pointing her finger in my face and going off. Not to mention it was my spouse’s birthday and he ordered food that took over an hour so he asked for a refund on the food. Absolutely horrible service but the music was good. I will NEVER go back here and the fact that other locals just sat there and watched everything play out and said or did nothing!

Good vibe. Dj was jamming. Clean. Friendly staff. Cute photo opportunities. I don’t use hookah but that was an option that many enjoyed. My fish was not that great and im assuming it’s was because they were so busy. I will give them another try. Drinks were delicious also. Please note, they have limited parking but lots of street parking available.

Came to NOLA from ATL for the Super Bowl game and girlllll we had a time! At the door we were greeted by the manager Ms. K and it was nothing but great service from there. The servers are attentive, the food was amazing. It was just the vibes we needed for the day. We’ll be back anytime we visit the city

K Social is a vibe and ambiance of a NY lounge with New Orleans Flavor. Very professional staff, fun vibes, Delicious Foods , and great drinks!! Would definitely recommend doing a birthday celebration or GameDay watch here
