I visited Bojangles for the first time, as I’m coming from overseas, and I was really impressed! I tried the fried chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. The food was freshly prepared and served piping hot, which made it even better.
What really stood out were the sauces — so tasty and unique, with flavors you don’t usually get elsewhere. The selection of non-alcoholic drinks is also excellent, offering plenty of variety. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was very enjoyable.
I will definitely be coming back here!

And we finished our food before the second person in line even got theirs, long story short Sunday 930ish am we walked in, sat, ordered, ate and paid before 3 car were served in YALL DT!!
How absolutely sad as crap is that?! Maybe reconsider who yall promote bc this place is worthless
Photo is of the third car after several pull offs , who truly waits 20+ minuits for bojangles lol

This was our first visit and we were told to get the sweet tea and biscuits for sure. Dylan hooked us up with what would be best to order. We got the Cajun chicken biscuits, potato rounds and sweet tea. That was probably the best biscuits I’ve had in a long time. It was hit, fresh, buttered and flaky. The chicken was well seasoned and the sweet tea was good and not clawingly sweet. The restrooms were clean and lots of seating in the dining area. The location was clean and great service. Ten out of ten recommend.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Passing through and was trying to order a grilled chicken sandwich. A machine was the one answering the drive through and could not take an order correctly. A lady came across with an attitude because we were not ordering it the way the machine could recognize. Will not return to this Bojangles.

Walked in at 11:00 on a Saturday. The drive thru was lined up. I was going to use the app but it did not give drive thru option. So walked in. They had a line and people waiting for food. One lady working said be a minute. So I ordered on the app. Three in the back making food. None came out front to help. Told customers would be a wait. Patience is thin for sure

I eat at Bojangles almost daily. I’m a construction worker and eat at several east Tennessee locations. This location in Maryville ( my home town) is the absolute worst location that I have ever visited. Consistently ridiculous, slow and inept service. Food is always warm and not that fresh. I believe it’s a result of the fact that they don’t get a lot of business due to the consistently terrible staffing. Do better. There are several excellent locations in the east Tennessee area just not this one.

Restaurant wants to round up and take your hard earned money. If you choose not to take pennies, then that’s your choice, not a reason to steal from me.
Bojangles you have lost a customer this morning and you were my favorite fast food.
People be aware that companies have to potential of banking millions of dollars per year rounding up.
Consider telling your employer “I don’t like pennies instead of paying me 16.43 an hour just make it 16.40 even, you can keep those pennies. That’s $62.40 a year you just gave away.

DO NOT GO IN! They are very short handed with only have 8 (eight) total staff so only three people working during busy times at most. They first serve the drive-thru so if you walk in for take out or to dine in, you’ll have to wait until there’s nobody in the drive-thru to order. Then wait for all the drive-thru orders to be filled before you get yours. Figure half an hour to get your meal if you walk in.
The people are friendly and working as fast as they can, there’s just not enough of them. Just like most everywhere else around here.

Stopped by on my way home two months ago for drive-thru and ordered 8 piece chicken. When I got home a thigh was missing. Okay ? Honest mistake ? Earlier this month as drive thru was busy I walked in and ordered the same as take out. Again, when I got home two legs were missing and only got 6 pieces instead of 8. I called and spoke to Dillon the shift manager who said he would replace the meal, but I wasn’t going to drive 40 miles round trip for two pieces of chicken. Lesson learned, never will stop here again. If you order take out/drive thru here, I suggest you check the box before leaving.

Had to wait 40 mins at this “fast food” restaurant as they claimed they had to remake the mashed potatoes. They were very rude as well. Would not recommend eating here at all. Who knows what they did to the mashed potatoes.
