Drive thru people were nice. Hardly any filling in our Doritos Locos taco and no sleeve, so the shell was cracked. Called the manager and he was really rude and dismissive. I will definitely be avoiding this Taco Bell. Yikes.

Well I mainly go through the drive through so don’t read this review if you want about my inside experience (none) Why I can’t give a five star is because they don’t like to listen and give in to the extra sauce you pay extra for. The app also is giving me trouble in not letting me order each time. I’ve found a way around it (Keep making it try to order) but it would be nice to make it easier again.. Now to go with the food one last time, anytime I get coffee, they either put a loving amount of creamer in or just about nothing in it. As I prefer more I feel as if should be a button of how much creamer you want.. from about how many pumps of creamer, and from 0x 3x 5x or 8x. Great idea.

My favorite Taco Bell location! ❤️ The staff are super kind and friendly. They go above and beyond. Food is yummy! Plenty of vegetarian options. I personally don’t like Taco Bells nacho cheese.

Worst Taco Bell visit I’ve ever had, took over 20m to get our food (couple of tacos and one casadia), the kids tacos were ordered with extra cheese two of them you could count the pieces of cheese, wife’s casadia wasn’t even cut barely had anything on it and was cold, missing a taco that was a big ordeal to get because the 4 employees would look at you but not come to the counter until they bring the next order up. Wasn’t busy had maybe 6 people in the store besides my family.

Went through the drive through and I was very impressed with the upkeep of the ordering area. The order confirmation screen is very nice to confirm what you’re ordering. I ended up getting the chicken power bowl with a side of chips and cheese. I have a weakness for the chips and cheese so I always order it. The power bowl is excellent. Just what I need some times. The service was extremely quick!

I’m not sure where to start but I placed an online order to pickup in the drive thru, I did just that and was told to pull around to the front which confused me because the line wasn’t long and it wasn’t busy. I pulled around, a few minutes later my order was brought out, I checked my food and everything was cold. I went back through the drive thru and that’s when it went downhill even more. I told them my order was cold, I received attitude from this white woman with dark red hair who gave me attitude, slammed the window on me, offered to only give me some of my order fresh and when she did it was still cold and I didn’t trust to eat it unfortunately due to how she treated me. Horrible experience

9:30 on Wednesday February 18th I received 3 bean and cheese burritos that were extremely dry with zero sauce. Tried calling and phone must have been off the hook because it was busy for over a half hour. Please don’t sell a product if you can’t make it the right way. I saw a blonde girl making them. Spent $53 there , our food was suppose to be ready at 7:34 didn’t get it until after 8 after they found the order anyway, first they said they didn’t have it. Then got almost $60 in food stuffed into one bag, everything was smashed in it fries were spilled all over we were missing a fry and a taco and then when I called the phone rang and rang and rang. When I finally got a hold of someone I was told to come back in they would remake it, yeah I decided not to even go back, did not want to wait another hour for my food either. Thanks for the horrible dinner, terrible service and the worst packaging of someone’s food I’ve ever seen in my life .

Hair in her food and when I went back another time , another employee asked to fight , wanted my stuff in a bag , and I told her , no I need to check my food , because last time I came here , there was hair my food and now that the employee was aware of it just looked at me and walked away. No apology or anything and now I’m looking at my reviews. And I see that someone took down my review, you Taco Bell. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Ordered a door dash at 11:45 it’s not 1:31 food is still not here I was even texting w my door dasher and she said the employees were rude and being lazy not doing anything and there were no customers only about 8 dashers that’s had been waiting for 20+ min while employees were saying they haven’t even started working on any dashes yet I tried to call Taco Bell a couple times and either just kept ringing or call failed after 1 or 2 rings at that time I thought no dashers were picking it up so I was going to ask for it to be made fresh but obviously this it not on door dash it’s on the restaurant and employees not doing there job I wasn’t even mad until I contacted my dasher I’m 6 months pregnant an just wanted my food an can’t drive atm it I knew it would have been a 2+ hour wait I would have just waked down the block to Arby’s I will never come here again my food better be fresh and made right because this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant
