Today we had Annemarie she was awesome! Very attentive and did an awesome job bartender and waitress while doing both. My daughter had a salad with her chicken pasta and blue raspberry sprite she loved. I ordered a big qp burger with loaded mashed potatoes and a cup of baked potato soup that’s always tasty!
Previous trip Tyler was an awesome waiter. Took great care of us. The food was good and some great chilis specials, especially 3 for ME meals, including drink, soup salad or chips, and your meal with a side. I had the just bacon burger it was delicious. Kids had chicken tenders and wife and mother in law some Mexican dishes.

The restaurant is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and attentive.
The food fell a bit short. The ends of the street corn were burnt. The chicken on my sandwich was really good and moist. The lettuce was not good and tasted like it had been in a plastic bag too long. I was charged $0.75 to switch from Swiss cheese to cheddar cheese, but was not notified it would cost extra.
My husband got the Nashville hot trio, he said the flavor was good, but overall too greasy.

Got seated pretty quickly even with it being busy. Waitress was fast and on top of things. Food came out fresh. No complaints there. It was a little noisy but that’s to be expected when a place is busy.

I came to Chili’s today for the first time to see what the hype was about. Oh my Lordy lord I now understand. The food was spectacular. I ordered the Alex’s Santa Fe Burger (if I remember correctly that’s what it’s called). The burger was so juicy and the chef honored my requests! I was a bit picky on taking off certain ingredients and substituting them with others. The guacamole on the burger complements it incredibly well. Do not get me started on the Thousand Island sauce that I substituted for the spicy sauce. Every components on the plate was amazing. The fries were hot and fresh. I loved it. My server, Kylie, was very attentive and kind. Her knowledge on the menu was astounding and it was something I’ve never seen before in a server. Instead of only asking me what I want for the appetizer, she proceeded to list every single dish so I don’t have to go through the hassle of reading. This girl is truly amazing. The host that sat me down was the opposite. She was NOT friendly at all. Instead of showing me my table, she pointed to it since it was close to the entrance. Overall, I really like the vibe and food at this restaurant. The service could use a bit of work, but it’s no big deal. I plan on returning in the future!

Had a great early dinner/late lunch here! I got a steak and shrimp- so much flavor! Also the Mexican street corn is must have. Our server was great – we didn’t want for anything.

Heads up, the menu showed a molten cake for $6 and one for $10.39. I ordered one for each of the kids off the kids menu thinking I was getting the $6 version. When it came it was gigantic, and the bill showed it was $10. Asked the server and he said they don’t have the small one anymore. Told him had i known I never would have ordered that large dessert for 2 small children. Explained that they should remove it from their menu. Said it was not possible to cross it off all their menus. Told him false advertising. He was not willing to adjust the bill and just apologized saying nothing he could do. He should have asked or at least informed me that only the large was available when he knew it was for kids.

Service was impeccable. I wish I knew the waiters name, I would give him recognition for a job very well done. Friday, October 17th 2025, lunch time 🙂 It was Illinois Ladies Ministries Conference at the Marriott in Bloomington-Normal. Service was so good, food was unbelievable, so good. Everyone here was smiling and in a great mood. Very great service:)

They are getting rid of every good food item. Bring back classic nachos, kids pepperoni pizza, white queso dip and corn on cob. Your replacements for these items are terrible. Lost my family as a customer. Quit changing things that aren’t broken.
