Did an online curbside pickup order of a Big Mac meal. Waited 20 minutes in parking spot. Finally went in to check on it. Then had to wait another 5 minutes. Ridiculous to take that long for one meal. All the other cars that were after me in curbside got their orders and left and others after them came and went. There i sit waiting and waiting. There won’t be a next time. It’s not worth the anxiety to patronize this place.

Wasted my lunch break again.. this happens all the time. Visited McDonald’s and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered two bacon mcdoubles no onions add mayo and received the wrong item. When I called to correct the mistake, the staff was unhelpful and rude. Not only did they not apologize, but they also didn’t offer any solution. Definitely won’t be back and would advise others to take their business elsewhere. Very poor customer service.”

This Mcdonlds has always been bad. I told my wife this is the one that always forgets something. Sure enough after going through the drivethrough we get on the road and no ketchup and not even a napkin. Thats sad this is how Mcdonolds thinks of their customers. I should of knew better.

Doordash doesn’t have an option for no ice so I have to call and request it. Everytime I have called everyone has been nice, respectful, and always makes sure I get no ice in my drink.

Even when there’s no line I’m almost always sent to wait in the mobile order parking spot. It’s hard to get out of those spots when there’s people in the drive through. My order is usally correct. But it’s a hit or miss if I get hot fries.
