The cashier was slow about taking the orders. Our chicken was warm and sides was hot. The biscuits was even warm. Told the cashier our food was for here and he still put it boxes. We had to ask for plates. When the food was ready the cashier just threw the boxes on the counter. You could tell he was excited to be at work(not)

Waited an unusually long time in drive thru for no one to come, went inside. Ordered a 12 piece family dinner… was charged for a family dinner… ordered mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans and Mac and cheese. They were out of mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese, then chose rice and pintos, they were out of that as well. And we only received 8 pieces of chicken and 4 buscuits after all the switching of the fixings. Then they have the nerve to ask me to come back for them to correct it instead of allowing me to pick it up at my convenience.. then the manager hung up on me… very poor customer service. Their mistake but I’m supposed to go out of my way to fix it!!!

Someone forgot to season their chicken. First time I’ve ever not tasted my chicken. Cashier was nice but a bit deaf. Had to go back to pay for my drink. I didn’t realize I hadn’t been handed my cup.

Visited on 10/19/2025. The food was awful. The bo-bites were small, hard and way overcooked. I live in Burnsville, NC and love our bojangles. The food is always fresh and well cooked. They always include a biscuit in the box. I had a friend with me and couldn’t wait for her to try the bites. It was a big disappointment.

This location runs like a well-oiled machine. The parking lot was full of cars but there was no line of patrons waiting, everyone was seated. The drive through was busy but the restaurant never wrapped the building. This crew works well together and efficiently.
Our biscuits were hot and fresh. It is evident that quality and service are paramount to the manager as well as staff.
Wish the new breakfast burrito was offered with chicken for non-pork eaters. It cannot be substituted.

So this is an updated post biscuits burnt and cold , fries cold last time I gave 2 stars this time im giving 1 . It just gets worse and worse and damn don’t say anything to them they through ahit out the window and tell you to call later and talk to manager im done . Last time i went through and I’ll order and the order cost about $3 more than usual and make sure everything’s correct and it was they rang it up correctly So I was like okay. I know it’s a good food so it’s worth it. So then I take a bite into my steak, egg and cheese biscuit. The biscuit is rubbery like it’s been set in a very long time and the meat is not crunchy. It’s cold. It wasn’t even warm to the touch on my lips. I was very disappointed and the hash browns were like hard and cold so I spent $10 on a meal that I didn’t even get to eat. The only thing is I drank my mountain dew which was delicious but everything else was horrible. So just because you’re the first in line and get in and out quick does not mean your food is going to be great. I’d rather come through when they’re busy cuz at least then I know my food is going to be hot. This was very bad today and I don’t think I will be back. I would not recommend because clearly they don’t go by times on their meets and hash browns and fries if they’re not busy. So sadly I’m going to have to give this one to two stars.
