The poke bowl was amazing. We got spicy tuna and the flavors were delicious. It’s reasonably priced and the customer service is amazing.

Guy was asleep behind the counter for 15 minutes. He was wearing headphones so he couldn’t hear me repeatedly say “hello” or “excuse me”. I tried tapping on the glass as well. I also saw him cough into his hands and wipe mucus with his bare hands while he was asleep. He was clearly sick. When he finally woke up, I asked him to wash his hands before handling my food, and he looked at me like I had just insulted his mother. Very unprofessional, and unsanitary. I have eaten here a few times now because I love poke bowls. Unfortunately, the service is terrible every time. The food is okay, but not worth dealing with rude staff, or the risk of getting sick.

The poke bowls were really great! I got custom bowls, one with spicy salmon and marinated tuna, the other one with spicy chicken and shrimp. A very kind woman there recommended great combinations of the sauces and they were perfect! I will go this place again whenever I come to this outlet!

Guys if u r in Chicago premium outlets u definitely have to come to this restaurant, it is clean, the food is fresh, tastes healthy, it is delicious 100 times better than panda express with a different conviction between spicy, sweet, salty dishes… I loved it

Was waiting in line to order, no one ahead of me then someone behind me and when another employee came to counter he took care of the person behind me I’m like ok no problem, then when the lady finished with the other person she took care of the other people that arrived, so they took care of 2 clients before me and the lady saw that I was there waiting for awhile !!! Terrible service
