Manager Marteen got mad I wanted my ice coffee remade because it tasted like trash. He said next time bring in the item when on the phone we said nobody about bringing it back. And I’m sorry you want something back that had my mouth on it, thats unsanitary back in the back where the food is?. Ive worked at McDonalds for years i would know what something is supposed to taste like. He needs his manager role taken!

Opens at 5am, at least that what it says. Showed up after 5:30 and sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. No one ever did… I’m sure they have a great excuse though, they always do! Pulled around to see everyone chatting at the front counter. Only one reason for that, poor managment… If that’s the extent they go to for customers, imagine what kind of cleaning actually happens! Enjoy!

This is McDonald’s. However, something has changed for the better at this particular location. It is clean, tidy minimalist restaurant. The help bends over backward to make the experience more than a fast food thing. I was in the store 2 times (1-alone, 2-family) and had the same care from different employees. I used to avoid the 11th street McDonald’s. But no more. See ya soon!

stated to be open online, and at the doors, and at the drive through. customers placed orders infront of for the breakfast menu. I got to the window and was faced with silence, as I watched the menu changed. went to walk in, the doors where locked and they stated they didn’t open until 11am. ok, so then how did the multiple cars ahead of me order? wouldn’t waste your time, energy, breathe or especially money at a location as so.

Unfortunately, it isnt possible to rate McDonald’s as a whole. But it is ridiculous how their app works now. I created an order when I was across town at a Dr appointment. Submitted the order, so I thought. When I pulled into the parking lot and pulled up the app again, it said error at you location. Then when I tried to place the order again, my “deal” was not available. I went in, placed an order and commented to the lady about my order getting rejected. Not so much of even an “I’m sorry”. The restaurant was not the cleanest, but my order did come out fairly quickly.
