We sat next to service booth and for some reason, they didn’t even bring us our drink until we had to ask again.
100 bucks for 2 adults and 2 kids.
But the real star of the show is the dessert bar – a paradise of cakes, pastries, and sweets that will satisfy any craving. World Gourmet Buffet isn’t just a meal; it’s an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re a seasoned foodie or just looking for a delicious and diverse dining option, this is the place to be!
I been eyeing this buffet restaurant for awhile now but it is a little bit of a drive for me. We had a nice experience having lunch here. They offers many different options!!!!! Great Seafoods, Sushi, Crawfish, Clams, Crabs, Soups, Veggies, Desserts, Sweets, Dumplings, Dim Sum, and many flavors of Ice Creams for desserts!!!!!!
Love their interior designs. Colorful Arts and Displays inside!!! Beautiful Koi fish pond!
Big Spacious Seatings area. I definitely enjoyed eating here!!! Absolutely worth the Drive and $$

The staff were friendly and attentive despite the restaurant being quite busy. Plates were cleared promptly, and they were quick to assist with any requests.
Nothing specifically notable but of course nothing was bad either.
Decent assortment of sushi which were all actually pretty solid.
Lunch prices are fair but nights aren’t really worth the price for the menu in my opinion.
If your nearby and looking for a buffet, this place isn’t a bad try.
I dont plan going back or recommending this place.
Better than; Milpitas Buffet (your regular subpar Chinese buffet), Tomi Sushi & Seafood Buffet (untasty food, not good sushi), Newark Buffet (tiny restaurant w.few choices).
New World Gourmet Buffet has a huge selection of dishes, I’d stay away from the sushi section except for maybe the seaweed salad. Cold seafood items are good, fresh, or shrimp, mussels w.lemon or cocktail sauce. The hot food was nice, fresh, hot, and good. The fin soup was the best out of the soup selections but still just ok. Pastry dessert isn’t worth any tummy real estate, fresh fruit is good if you stay away from the obvious canned items.
All in all way too much selection, just get a single bite worth of food then decide to get more later on, food selection is huge; dumplings, fried food, stir Fry’s, made to order Mongolian stir fry, fish, mussels, shrimp, pork ribs, stir fried eggplant, chicken wings, etc, located in a good area with plenty of parking & tables, service was good, their tea is awful, some weird medicinal tasting Chinese tea at $1.99/cup, just avoid & drink water or maybe soda.
