My service was excellent.i dine here at the Applebee’s at least 3 hours times a month. Every time I come the servers are really nice and attentive. The managers are very pro active. I have never left the establishment Unsatisfied. The cooks are amazing 10/10. The bartender are so great. If you need a day out and wanna still save move this is your place. Applebees in Roanoke rapids is amazing and I love their service. They give amazing service everytime. Never a disappointment. Always great food and great times. The bartender Candace and Michelle are my favorite two girls and I love their personalities and their amazing drinks and how they make every guest feel welcome. The management team is always amazing and Drea their day shift manager is great and helps always with the girls when they see to be extremely busy. Definitely ten out of ten here.

The food was very disappointing. We waited 40 minutes for our order, and when it finally arrived, the steak was burnt, HAD A HOLE in it for some reason, they took away 1/4 of my steak and was not enjoyable at all. The fries were soggy, and the mozzarella sticks were cold. Overall, the quality and service were disappointing!

Candace our bartender is amazing and she gives the best service ever. She makes our experience amazing and she really knows how to make great drinks. But also the mangers and other wait staff is so amazing and helpful. They really know how to make the experience great and make our time great. Everytime we are in there it is amazing. We were in town unexpectedly because of an issue with a tire during a snow storm. We had to stay overnight because of repair issues. Applebees was the only restaurant open near our hotel. All the surrounding restaurants closed secondary to weather. The restaurant was so understaffed because of the weather and the restaurant was extremely busy. The whole staff worked together, explained that they were short staffed and yet remained attentive and pleasant. This includes the bartender the waitstaff and the manager who brought us our bill. I think they deserve recognition from ownership for the great job they did. We were truly impressed. Thank you for making our unexpected visit so pleasant!

Let me tell you about my experience at Applebees. It was so amazing. The wait staff there is amazing and so attentive and they really are interactive. The best experience at an Applebees I have ever had. My favorite person in there though is my bartender Candace aka Candy. She always gives amazing service and she interactive with her customers. She makes the experience worth it. She always makes great conversation and makes great drinks. Definitely need to come in on a night and have a good time with the Applebees family. And their manager Cedric and Vita are amazing. They are always so helpful and interactive with their customers.
