Do not even go here bruh, literally waited 1 hour in the driveway to order food and when me and my family went up to the speaker to order food they person told us to wait nicely so we waiting but it another 25 mins wait, and I’m when we order our food we waited another 30 mins to get our food, so in total we waited almost 2 hours for A FAST FOOD TACO BELL RESTAURANT, mind you, it’s a fast food restaurant, it’s supposed to be fast and it’s not, please fire your workers and get new workers, because this is not a slow place for people to slack off, and teach your workers to multi tasks, because I’ve seen other people multi task at the drive through, not one by one every hour??! it’s supposed to be a fast food restaurant, not a slow food restaurant. Worst experience I had to ever experience and worst experience for my family.

Missing over $15 worth of food items should not be normal, the lady on the drive thru speaker was very impatient. I asked for soft tacos and was given all crunchy. I get they’re doing their job to the best of their ability but I’ll just take the extra 10-15 minutes to choose another location next time.

PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE PEOPLE!!! This is by far the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had!! Food was cold and poorly wrapped up, I lost most of the tacos I ordered in the bag and pretty much pulled out just an empty shell. Didn’t even bother eating the rest of my of my meal. If I could rate this store an absolute ZERO, I would without question. Definitely will never ever return to this location!! Completely destroyed how I feel about Taco Bell and disgusted with my order and everything about it! This place sucks and I’m upset I cant post ZERO stars! Nobody should ever eat at this horrible Taco Bell! The reviews are accurate from every individual for this location. This Taco Bell is trash and should be closed immediately! To anyone who is thinking about going to this location DONT!!!!

My initial order was placed through the drive thru, which was picked up with no problem. i placed another order via mobile order and the estimated ready time was 9:11 pm. I walked in by 9:10 pm. My order wasn’t ready till 9:45pm. That’s ridiculous that it took that long. The cherry on top was, my chicken chalupas was wrong, and they were cold.

Wish I could give 0. But 1 for the manager Jesse for being the ONLY one in the franchise to show some care regarding the situation. I’ll be telling my story of experience on TikTok and Facebook as it seems my very bad experience in two separate days at the same location is not of Taco Bell’s concern.

8/15 6:45pmish – Basically, I found a black piece of trustable plastic in my order, Mexican pizza. I kid you not, I called the store right away and was told it was too busy in the lobby and drive thru so the manager will have to call me back. He did not call, (so I thought as I had my phone filtered), and decided the next day to contact corporate quarters. Which I did and was told I was going to be contacted about my experience ina. Few business days. Nothing.

8/17 – I checked my filtered missed calls and did see the store tried calling me 1 time on 8/15. I felt bad since someone did try to contact me so I called the store back. The lady that answered was super rude! When I told her I called to return her managers call, she rudely said he isn’t available and he called multiple times. (There was only 1 missed call). I told her that’s fine bc I already complained to corporate.i called back right after as I forgot to ask for the name of the manager, when she answered she said she could not give me his name. I asked for hers and she said to “pull up and come get our names”
EXCUSE ME??? You’re telling me to pull up RN? And she said yes to get their names. I was flabbergasted and asked to speak with her manager and she proceeds to tell me there is no manager on duty. When I repeated what she said, that there was no manager on duty, she said yup- none. And hung up on me. I called back and told her she hung up on me and she said “yes ma’am bc nobody got time for your complaints” and hung up on my again!
I called back, she put me through hold.
I called once more and guess who answers? Her manager! I explained to him what happened and even himself said this was not the first time he’s heard this feedback about her and he thought she had put me on hold this whole time. I told him no, she hung up on me MULTIPLE times. I adv him that I don’t want a free meal, just want to know what can be done about my bad experience and I’m not getting free food from his restaurant cause what if they do something to it or put something in it. He did his part, but the experience in general was horrible!

I’m STILL WAITING for cooperate to get back to me on the “plan of action” or what to do to better my experience. I keep getting the runaround but I’m trying to be mindful that people are busy. But now I just can’t help but feel like Taco Bell does not care about my experience, what could’ve happened if my daughter ate what was found in the pizza, and that they just don’t care about my experience in general. I love Taco Bell. And I used to have nothing but goood to say about Taco Bell. But this has he far been the worst experience at Taco Bell, or any fast food franchise in my whole life.

let’s be real, if you’re coming to taco bell, you’re not aiming for gourmet cuisine, but if you want your Taco Bell order jacked up every single time…. this is the taco bell for you. You might get what you ordered, but its a slim chance. odds are good they’re going to neglect to include something, whether you pick it up yourself, or dash it.

Review 2 Updated: While the staff was very friendly we waited a good minute for fresh potatoes. While the potatoes for the Side dishes were hot and fresh. All 4 of our spicy potato soft tacos all had stale hard potatoes that we could not eat, ( if you wouldn’t eat it yourself why serve it? The potatoes were REALLY HARD -picture below for difference. Also if you did make fresh potatoes for the sides why not also just do the same for the tacos? :/ ) . I have had issues consecutively so I will not be returning to this specific Taco Bell location for a while. Hopefully this can be resolved someday ! 🙂
Review 1: Usually have a good experience with this place. While the drive thru was long and no one was inside, we decided to get our mobile pick up in store. I have had no issue with doing this before when needed. The staff member told my wife she would need to go through the drive through that they did not do mobile pick ups in store, even though it is an option, and again I have been able to do this several times before. usually I can understand if the line is long inside, as a fellow service worker. In this case it seemed as this was just an inconvenience for the male staff member who then proceeded to take over in the drive thru anyways because the order clearly was just not ready yet ( which I could see through the window when pulling up the drive thru, I would’ve gladly waited if mentioned. Will definitely be more cautious coming to this location. Would give less stars if it hadn’t been for the staff working the last few times I’ve placed an order recently (12-1am)

This Taco Bell in particular is one where I ordered through the app and picked up 100% of the time. And through that 100% of the time, when I add “additional” stuff on it, it wouldn’t be added in there. I got home and realized it and it ain’t worth the trouble going back there. I’ve experienced that all the time, yet I still do it anyway. Ugh. NO MORE! I’m done with this Taco Bell at Suburban. Also, the amount of stuff that SHOULD be in there, is so little compared to the Taco Bell that’s close to where I work. I ordered a loaded nachos and the beans and beef was significantly smaller than any other Taco Bell’s I went to. I would not recommend going to this Taco Bell if you are PICKING UP & TAKE-OUT. Dine-In, YES. Sure. You will be able to let them know if the order is wrong or your “add-ons” are not on there.
